On the day that we were to check out, our card to the room would not work anymore. I and my husband went to the reception 3x to complain about it, they've done some updating on the card but everytime we go back to the door to try to open it, it would not work. They even sent a technician to fix the problem, but the technician couldn't fix it. I think we lost about half an hour waiting and going back and forth to the reception, trying to complain to fix the problem. There was a housekeeper in the hallway, I asked if she could open our room for us, but unfortunately, she would not because I wasn't holding the card for our room. My husband had it and went to the reception to report the problem. When my husband got back, the card still wasn't working at all. It was frustrating. All up, we went to the reception 3x.

The location is perfect, close to the airport. It's right next to Ayala Malls so you just need to walk to get there for food and shopping. The rooms are clean and the amenities as well.

The service in the restaurant could have been better. The staff seemed forgetful of what we were asking.

I enjoyed the stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean. The location was very nice. Staff was polite and helpful. Its good value for money!!

It’s few minutes away to Manila AirPort, the hotel building is connected to the mall few steps you are inside the mall, lots of restaurants inside. Breakfast food was really good, of course the swimming pool is really good too. Good for family stay.

The area close to the airport, the accomodating staff. Well managed and clean. The dining hall for breakfast and choices were exceptional . Walking distance to the mall.

When i check in for my wife and son the room is not that clean. The TV has a hand mark, the bed sheet has a staine the pillow has a staine also

Staff always great and smile. And specialy the staff in parking area. I forgot the name but he is so honest that even 2 weeks has been pass by he returns the change. I hope you give that staff a employee of the month

I don't like the brunch during the weekend. Everyone was waiting to be called. This is the first I have had waited for the breakfast.

I love everything. The breakfast was really good especially the breads. Room was basic but very very nice. Pillows and bed were very comfy. Staff were very accommodating and willing to help you. The location was fantastic. It was rainy when we stayed there but there was no need for an umbrella since Ayala Malls is just right around the corner.

The family room was so cool. I could fit 4 people in the room. The pool and play room, game room, mini golf and beside ayala mall were big winners for us.

I liked d super attentive n cordial staff/ no hot water til technician came over to fux it. Hairdryer was awful n hard to press or operate. it was such a nice stay, room is small but spa

brkfast was average in terms if selection but too criwded it was lije a circus! i think it was Sunday n there were abt 800 gursts in the hotel! noisy n chaotic!

Not enough seating during the peak breakfast hour. We were routed to 4th floor in their function hall turned breakfast area. The refill here was slower though.

My nephews enjoyed the pool and playroom! Even though there were a lot of kids, the pool can accommodate them all! The playroom and game room was also a hit for the kiddos! It was just right beside Ayala Manila Bay as well!

Had long lines at the breakfast buffet, check out and going to the parking lot.. Not that important, but there was also scarcity of pool towels..
