I like the hotel lobby and hallways - very elegant and classy. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. I like that the hotel is not crowded and busy. It has a very chill and relaxing vibe.

Their Buffet Breakfast was not good. The City Garden Suite breakfast was a litte bit nicer than Rizal Park. They must improve it. It doesn't suit to the hote.

Breakfast food is not that value for money.. The bread i think is two or three day old, maybe more choices to uplifts its amount.

Staff were a little intense and it made us feel a bit uncomfortable. Super friendly, just intense. Got charged a ridiculous amount for water. Hotel in general was a bit rundown, not as grand as it looks in the photos.

The beds were the comfiest in all my travels and the room was nice. Pool was nice too. Breakfast was OK. Location was good for park, historic sites, not too far from airport etc.

We wanted to do walk in for breakfast but they don't have coffee and soup!

We wanted a place near oceanpark and intramuros so that my 13month old won't be too exposed to the sun so their proximity fits the bill. The room is very spacious and our view of the ocean dock along with the sunset is amazing. The hotel feels like we are in a spanish era but the decors and chandeliers make it so well-lit that it doesn't feel stuffy. The pool is also amazing with a view.

The hotel doesn t meet the stardard for 5 stars, looks more like a 3 stars Plus. The wallpaper is rugged, overall has an old appearance, and not because it dates back to 1911, but because of poor maintenance. The restaurant was closed for dinner, but it was only 20:30, probably because they don t have customers. At breakfast there were only 10-12 people, breakfast was the poorest buffet on my entire trip in The Philippines. I asked to pay extra for a decent espresso but they did not have 😳. The water offered at breakfast had a strange taste, I asked for bottled one, but they did not have … the fruits looked like leftovers.They didn’t even have a toaster.. OMG, we asked for toast bread, they were nice to grill it somehow, but it had a stange taste. These I think are unacceptable for a so called 5 stars hotel Sad..the photos online look far better than the reality. In need of some restauration.

Location- city center, next to Rizal Park where you can take a Charette and take a tour of Intramurros. The building has a beautiful architecture, with a lot of history. Sheets and towels clean, room also clean

Very few breakfast options. Sink in the bathroom is pretty high for an average filipino height. No water dispenser in the hotel. Staff are not that helpful.

Very instagrammable and classic design of the hotel. Very comfortable pillow, bedsheet and mattress. Strong and relaxing water pressure of the shower.

Cold shower on the second night. The pool deck floor was filthy like it hadn’t been cleaned for at least a month.

i had thought the food was included in the hotel, like last time but it wasn't. food was expensive inside.

breakfast was amazing! buffet style, a mix of western and filipino food; room was clean and bright. high ceilings and comfy bed. bathroom is nice and clean. glass and shiny tile. area is close to all the touristy areas, walking distance to many things such as luneta, museum and art gallery, laundry, and restaurants. ocean park is just down the road.

The towels smell musty. In room dining service is spotty. Food advertised on room menu are not all available including juices. Buffet is very expensive as well as the Chinese restaurant.

The breakfast buffet was quite nice and as for the sauna and swimming pool on the roof on the building next door, during the morning times and throughout the week it is rather quiet and very enjoyable. The view is quite decent, it'd be better if you'd look at the beach but that's not the case. The staff were very kind and helpful, the room was quiet and very nice.

Very beautiful heritage building, nice pool with ocean view, very close to lots of historical landmarks and intramuros. Comfortable beds and clean.
