Aircon is needed in the hallways. Hotel is being cheap and trying to safe money. Only allowing for 1 door card for the hotel room, and not 2. I am guessing so they safe money on Aircon as you need a door card for it to work.

Location of the hotel was good with minutes away from Gateway Mall. Easy to hail down Taxi's from the front of the hotel. Friendly staff and breakfast was good.

The coffee mug in our room has a lipstick stain, and it's definitely not ours.

Love the pool and resto inside. Staff are all nice and helpful as well.

The room is a bit dusty and I saw small cockroaches roaming around. The staff are nice tho, they cleaned it when I told them. But the little cockroaches keeps coming back. So, it'll be nice if they can spray some insect repellent before letting anyone get into the room.

This place is nice, it is suitable for Muslims and a family to stay. And the place is very convenient. You can easily find restaurant and 7/11. Malls are also close.

Slow check in. Arrived at 2pm and got checked in past 3pm. Good thing they offered free juice and coffee. I noticed no water bottle in the room so I just heat up the tap water for my coffee.

Accessible to EDSA, MRT train, Farmers Plaza and to Araneta City, Cubao (for concerts in Araneta Coliseum, or shopping in Farmers Plaza and Gateway). Clean spacious room even without windows (I selected the cheapest room after all, they have premium rooms with windows). Near fastfood joints. For the discount price it's really good and safe for solo travelers.

- Suggest you guys do conduct pests control or install equipment/chemicals that prevents pests/infestation. There's little brown cockroaches everywhere. I hadn't even brought food yet when I noticed a lot of them crawling, especially in the bathroom and on the desks. - The TV was large but would love it if the TV has a smart function. Most people don't watch live TV anymore especially the current gens that likes to do "Netflix and chill". There's already a cheaper Smart TV out there, i would recommend investing in those and i can guarantee you guys would attract more customers. - I don't know if they have just forgot to give us an anti slip mat but the shower floor is a slip hazard.

- I love the interior design of the room. Muji like but giving off an elegant, clean, and modern vibe. - The staff was very accommodating, warm and has an initiative to help. Even offered to help on our baggage even if it's not asked. - Love the softness and the smell of blankets and the memory pillow! - I like the breakfast buffet. Lots of choices to choose from. Especially, love that there's an omellete, my favorite food.

no floor rug, no trash bin, no mobile signal in my room, weak wifi. other than that i love the room they gave me, and the staff are welcoming.

big room, big tv (not smart though, only screen mirror [miracast]), hot shower, cold AC, close to MRT entrance and mall entrance, great for concert goers :D i love the pay at the hotel option!

The tiles on the CR is slippery when wet and could be dangerous. There should be a foot rug on the floor.

The wifi inside the room is fast and there's tv with netflix and a mini ref.

It was quite difficult to search at first but overall still a good place to stay.

The place is really good for its price. It's nearby the malls, main venues, and MRT so it's convenient to travellers.

The air-conditioning of the room that I booked was not cold because it took a few hours to cool the room a little bit.

The rooms were missing floor mats for the bathroom. The gym was under renovation and they don’t have anymore rooftop bar in the hotel.

Great location very close to train station, mall , and restaurant. Great service with the hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Very affordable for a budget hotel.

The shower leaked and sprayed in multiple different directions. I didn't like that there was no door for the shower, so the bathroom floor kept getting wet. The water temperature was too cold for me, except at very late and night. There were a few issues with water pressure, like something clogging the pipes. And I wished the bins in the room were a little bigger.

I liked the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff. When I asked for some help with issues. They were able to help sort it out as quickly as they could. The safe was great, mini fridge and kettle were great and having a big TV in the room with Internet also.

The entrance was not easily located since it was basically like a doorway since the actual lobby is. Many floors up in the building itself. But it was okay. Once i got used to its lay out.

It was walking distance to the event i was attending. The location was still relatively safe to walk to at night
