We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

But when we arrived, they said there was never a reservation and there’s no room available, so instead of paying cheaper through booking.com we paid as walk in which is almost double of the prices

GermanyThe room only had one seat for the table although there were beds for 3 persons. Also the shower had an old instantaneous water heater, what made it impossible to shower in a comfortable water temperature. We had to pay an extra cleaning fee and didnt received our deposit on check-out though we left the room in order and cleaned up. Also they didn't clarified the costs of eventual cleaning on check-in.

AndorraThe beds are still covered with plastic and you hear the plastic when you make any movement. Toilet is in the shower room which makes it difficult to keep the toilet seat dry. Not sure why they decided to put the toilet in the shower when there’s a lot of space. It’s a major design flaw. But overall, it’s a clean and quiet room. Our 4 kids were happy they got their own beds!!
Perfect location, walking distance to some nice restaurants and minutes away from the Ecoland Bus Terminal! The room is perfect with families traveling with kids. Huge bed and spacious bathroom!

PhilippinesWe weren't informed about the faulty toilet before entering the room. When i asked why it wouldn't flush, they asked if there was a bucket and a dipper provided... this is something they should've let us know before check in. Shower is unreliable.
Super comfortable beds! Balcony with a nice city view. Spacious room with a desk & chair, TV, cabinets and even dinnerware.

IrelandFriendly, helpful staff. Hotel is 10min walk from Overland bus terminal (though it took us 30min to locate it at night LOL ). Large, clean room, comfy beds with extra pillows, good aircon, lovely hot shower, very good wifi, many electrical sockets, lots of shelving and cupboard space. No issues exploring the large mezzanine and meeting-rooms.

CanadaThe room is good for 2 beds only but they squeezed 1 more to make it 3. It was so crammed you can't walk between beds. The bed skirts look dirty. Underneath the beds looks uncleaned.

The manager was kind enough to allow us to gather in 1 room, despite having separate rooms booked. Sorry for the little noise. They were understanding enough since we met after years!
