We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

CanadaVery modern facility with access to a large variety of restaurants and shopping choices. The room had all the basic requirements and many extras beyond anyone's requirement for a comfortable experience. The buffet breakfast offered a large variety of options for a variety of tastes.

GuamIts a quality hotel with staff that tries to be as helpful as possible, though the hotel management seems to have left their crew undermanned at times for anciallary services like laundry. Hotel buffet was quite up to standard, and the room size for the room I had was top of the class in size and fittings. The hotel was linked to a casino and mall complex that made everything convenient (or as convenient as it can be in MNL).

CanadaThe restaurant by the check-in desk was not the best experience. Unfortunately, i cant remember the name of it. Our food tasted great, but it was very pricey, and our entrees did not all arrive at the same time despite us asking that they did. 2 entress were significantly late. The server apologized, but no offer of compensation or a free dessert was offered which would have been appreciated. At the start, they asked if the table (5 of us) would like still or sparkling water. We chose still, they brought us each a small bottle of water. When the bill came, those waters cost $50 total! For water. During dinner, we finished our water they asked if we wanted more. We said no. Then they offered us house water which is free. Why wasn't that offered at the start? No drink menu was given to us, and we were never asked if we wanted something from the bar. The casino attached has very tight slots. Im.not expecting to win, but i want to have fun. We couldn't get a bonus on any of the games. I've had much better experiences at other hotel casinos in Manila.

We stayed here on the final night of our honeymoon in the Philippines before our long haul flight back home. The hotel is beautiful and is in an excellent location close to NAIA Terminal 3. We stayed in the Palace Suite and it is easily one of the nicest hotel rooms we've ever stayed in. Super comfortable, huge bed, and gorgeous modern room. The amenities in the hotel are fantastic. We also made use of the rooftop pool area and spa facilities (sauna, steam room) and all the facilities are great.

Stayed here overnight for next day flight connection. Next to the airport. Its above Newport World Resorts. You can take the lift directly down to the mall. Very nice Japanese themed hotel. My wife and I were travelling with our 1 yo son. All the staff were very friendly with him. One of the staff even helped my wife change his nappy in the dining toilets. Everyone was generally very nice. We had a late flight the next day and they allowed us late checkout which was really good.
