Everything! From the clean and comfortable room, the top notch staff, and the great food choices in the restaurant, this place was a very nice place to stay. And having dining choices in the lower level and access to MOA, it is very convenient as well.

not sure if it’s my fault, booking.com’s or conrad’s. but i specifically said i wanted a bathroom with a view. sure i got a room with a bathroom and a view but separately. the bathroom is not overlooking the city/amenities. i was later told it’s the diplomat’s suite that has that kind of room.

The teeny trash bins. There were no mirrors inside the room you always have to go to the bathrooms, the pillows are way too super soft to the point that it was really hard to get sleep. My head sunk into the pillow and after a few minutes it felt like you aren't using any pillow at all.. My parents and son felt the same way. We feel exhausted after staying because of lack of sleep. I am super excited to go home and get some good zzzs. There was a mosquito in our room. No exhaust fans in the bathrooms. No face towels. Only 2 kinds of towels available. Big and medium. The other hotel had 4 kinds. No hooks or place for clothes in the bathroom to change. The brand of bottled water...it was HOPE. The taste of that particular brand is terrible. I wish they would switch brands.

We liked the free complimentary snacks at the 7th floor if you booked the executive suite. The staff are super friendly and nice. And everyone will smile at you--- all the time. Little creepy tho, but it is better than frowning staffs or staffs who won't bother. They will also give their best to answer you. Even though the answer is wrong still, it was great. I asked for directions to SMX and the 1st dude I asked was leading me to the wrong direction (right at some point but he eas leading me to a path wherein I would walk outside) and was corrected by a gentleman in the 3rd floor lobby who pointed out an adjoining path inside the hotel -smaison - smx The free carabao stuffed toy. It was cute and the initiative to give out water. Even when nobody asked for it. The view. The pool.

Upon check out wasn’t told the taxi would accept cash only and had spent the cash on paying the meal, would of rather paid the dinner on card so had money for the airport- it caused us to be late for airport checkin.

Arranged a birthday dinner just an hour before arrival. They had musicians comes and sing happy Birthday to my husband,

Breakfast at the hotel was excellent. It varied in cuisine (Indian, Continental, and Filipino) and offered quite a number of different viands, both sweet and savory. Bacon was tasty and crispy, and the staff made sure that all items in the buffet were well-stocked. The massage at Conrad Spa was one of the best I've ever had (my family and I had the Relaxer) and I came out of it so well-rested and refreshed. The bathroom was clean and the provided toiletries smelled nice. The location of the hotel was very convenient to shoppers like us!

I love everything about the property. But it seems to me that the breakfast buffet was reduced and the quality was no longer the same as last year.

It‘s clean with a fantastic vista of the Manila bay, a relaxing place to be and a very helpful staff.

A bit confusing to where you go and find where to exit and enter.

Accessible to MOA, SMX and MOA Arena, where in i have a conference at Smx and watched concert at MOA arena and shopping at MoA.

We spent six nights at the property, the same dishes at the buffet were rubber-stamped everyday which made the experience quite boring. Additionally, the hot food was always served cold and low-grade quality. Shame of the Conrad franchise, otherwise my rating would be five-stars!

Room and location were excellent, buffet breakfast was below the par for a five-star Conrad Hotel.

Everything except a bit of variety in food served in Brasserie 3. Its not bad, only needs variation now & then. Sauteed vegs are all overdone. AFTERNOON TEA IS ABSOLUTELY DIVINE SERVED IN A BEAUTIFUL BOX. SCONES WERE SUPERB!

The upgraded room which is free of charge, amazes me.. I am not expecting it to be located in front of the bayview and Im really glad that I can view nature every morning during my stay. Tha staff are amazing, they assist you every time you need something. We will probably go back here again.
