How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The air-con is a little bit outdated and it didn’t make the room cold enough, but aside from that everything is perfect..
I liked that the property have an airport shuttle to and from the hotel, they will also take care of your luggage from airport to your room..the staffs are very accommodating. They also have a restaurant inside the hotel.

The window air-condition is very noisy.
1. We need to catch flights at T4 in the morning, the hotel 's location is vey close. Take shuttle bus is around 2 mins. 2. Bed quality is good. 3. Family room is quite.

Our shower was not perfect however for our situation it was perfect. We would return again.
It's walking distance from the domestic terminal. Great and attentive staff. Value for money. Staff were more than happy to assist with transport options on checkout.

Check in was easy. used this hotel as had an early flight the next morning and didn't want to go all the way into Manila. Staff were superb. Hotel was clean and had the facilities you would expect of an airport hotel.

Nice and close to the airport, had free pick up. Perfect for pur one night stay over. Has a nice bar / restaurant on site. Beds are comfy, pillows are the comfiest I've had on our stay so far

Clean, close to the airport, eateries nearby and good value for money. Plus airport shuttle makes the Achievers a no brainer when flying from Aquino Ninoy. Staff are helpful especially the shuttle drivers.

Great location if you fly in on an international flight and have a domestic flight the next day. It's straight across the road from the domestic terminal and close to shops and restaurants. It's nice too and highly recommended 👌

We did not like that we were not told that Terminal 4 was a 2 minute walk across the street, after we waited for the airport shuttle for 20 minutes I finally asked if we could walk because we were afraid that we would miss our flight.
The location was great, right by Terminal 4. The food in the property was good and it was perfect for an overnight stay at the airport. Free airport shuttle.

Some improvements can be made in cleanliness and Air-condition maintenance (our AC was too noisy).
Excellent location right across the domestic terminal 4. Only 5 minute walk, or if you have heavy luggage you can take the hotel shuttle. The rooms are ok.

Close to airports, malls and food places. Convenient. Manila is always traffic so having to stay in the hotel is highly recommended. It’s a good hotel to stay at if you just need to rest for 1-2nights.

Shower water was either cold or boiling - there was no in between.
If you have to fly domestic and want to stay nearby it’s super good value - right opposite the airport terminal 4, and free shuttle from the hotel drops you off there, so it literally took us two minutes to get to the airport. Also takeaway breakfast was included for our very early morning flight. Super convenient if all you need is to crash for a night before moving on.

Loud aircon!
Arrived late got the free transfer to the hotel with no issues. Next morning we got the transfer back to the airport and wanted it earlier than orginally said - once again with no problem. Room is basic but exactly what we needed for a stopover with family before next flight.

Only thing I would say is there was some outside noise, but we are next to an airport so understandable. I still slept well
A few hundred piso in a Grab from airport to hotel. That worked out very well as we had golf clubs and luggage. The next morning the hotel gave us a complimentary ride to the terminal. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant that was quite good. The bed was comfortable, the room and bathroom was clean.
