We slept really well, but just be aware that the bed is very soft, depending on preference. Be aware also that there are lots of narrow steep steps (to our apartment in particular) which makes getting heavy suitcases up a struggle. The style is minimalist which is lovely but makes storage and clothes hanging difficult. We had very little contact with staff face to face, but over the chat on booking.com they were very responsive, so best to communicate on there if needed. Overall though, we had the best time in our lovely flat with a gorgeous view, and none of these little niggles got in the way of relaxing in this comfortable, chilled out space.

We loved the location! It was so perfect - quiet and serene and leafy, but still super close to the main city with plenty of fantastic restaurants and shops just a stones throw away. The apartment was well furnished with all the amenities we needed and could want- with the extra of a coffee machine particularly special and a powerful shower. We had such a good week here, can't recommend it enough.

- The bed was too soft, we both woke up not feeling super in shape - There was no salt, pepper or anything extra to cook, or at least not obvious so we couldn't find - The floor of the bathroom was a bit slippery as you head out of the shower

- Location was fantastic in a very calm area - We've had a terrace which we enjoyed every day - Decoration was minimalistic and pleasant - Very silent and private :) - Had coffee and tea

The apartments are on the 1st and 2nd floor, The stairs are very steep, no elevator. If you are an elderly person you might need help. The lighting could be improved. There is one main light which is very bright. If you switch it off, you might find it very dark, especially at the table. Talking about the table. Be aware that there are only 2 chairs. We had a friend over, but we could not sit together at the table. The bathroom could have some simple hooks or boards to hang your clothes or put shampoo etc on.

Location is great. Apartment is nicely sized. Building is beautiful. Bed is very comfortable, bathroom is large and modern.

Pick up instructions for the keys was very unclear. I received an email to check in online to save time and effort - I assumed that we could just arrive to the apartment as we had completed the online check and we receive message to say that check in before 6pm was at the apartment. We arrived at the apartment at 5.30, there was no information posted on the door. When we called the number provided we were then told that we had to collect the keys from a hotel that was a 15 minute walk there and again back so we did not get access to the apartment until after 6pm. It should be made clear that even if you check in online, you still need to call 30 minutes before arrival. The couch in the apartment was covered in a variety of different stains, it looked so bad we didn't even sit on it because we did not know what caused the stains, this took away from the comfort in the apartment as we had to sit at the dining table. The beds were very soft and by the end of the 5 days, my back was feeling it

Location was excellent, a short walk to all amenities. The balcony was a lovely addition for sitting out for coffee in the mornings. The apartment was modern and clean (apart from the couch) and had everything you would need for a short stay

the sewer smell mentioned in previous reviews remains; I don't know if the cleaners know about Draino, but they should give it a try. Had made a deal with cleaning company to clean on a certain day from a certain time, but they forgot to tell the cleaning guy and it was done after I had returned from my day out. The usual steep Dutch staircase was OK-ish, but i'm certainly glad I didn't have to go another floor up. I don't know why the unit needed a dishwasher (people are so lazy!), when a clothes washing machine would be so much more useful.

The room could've been more cozy with more blankets and rugs. Also, the pans didn't work with the induction and needed to be replaced. The hosts got it rectified shortly but it took a few hours out of the day

The location of the room is fantastic - overlloking the canal. It had a cute balcony where we were able to have our morning coffee and breakfast. The area was quiet and residential and only 10 mins from the city center by walking. The hosts were very accomodating for an early check in.

The bed was very comfortable, but had there been twin beds instead of one large one, it would have been more flexible and allowed my friend to stay there with me, which would have reduced the price.

I was visiting Utrecht with a friend, who asked me to accompany her because her daughter lives there. The property was within easy walk (7 minutes) of her daughter, and was clean, comfortable and in a pleasant area within easy reach of walking or public transport to the city sight.

Nobody there to let us in on arrival, we were fortunate that the housekeeper happened to be coming out of the building and he was very helpful

There were only 2 mugs/cups for coffee/tea and only one flute, 3 forks? And so on. The rug had numerous large stains on it and needed washing. When showering the area adjacent to the shower became rather wet.

Excellent location, check-in went smoothly. Nice coffee machine and appreciated the tea and coffee. Nice balcony and high ceilings.

The stairs were steep and a little tough for us to carry up a heavy suitcase. However, it was just one floor up so not too bad. Loved the apartment!

The check- in took a while; There were issues with payment so it took a while to get it set; I asked about parking and the person said she had no idea.. that’s not helpful. The couch in the room was not clean- lots of stains on grey cotton which was in contrast to everything else which was spotless; no ventilation in bathroom which left a bathroom smell longer than needed.

The location is great; nice balcony; nicely stocked with nice glassware , sheets etc . , comfortable, not noisy , good curtains, overall well set up and comfy. Good view, close to everything…

The apartment was lacking any form of storage facilities no cupboard with drawers or shelving. When you stay for a week one likes to unpack and store clothes etc. for ready access. Both plugs in the kitchen and bathroom were totally useless.

Kitchen was barely equipped which would have been problematic had we wanted to prepare even a basic pasta meal (no colander, no proper spatula for the pan, no salt & pepper). There were also some disagreable odors emanating from the shower drain. Last but not least, beware if you have mobility issues or heavy bags since the stairs to the apartment are extremely narrow and steep. Otherwise a charming detail if you don't mind. ;)

Decent little apartment. Not directly in the center, but close to a main street with groceries, cafés, etc. Perfect if you enjoy walking and/or have a bike. Quiet area, with views onto the canal park in front.

We arrived with delay at 7pm which I do not consider an extraordinary time for check in. However, we needed to pick our keys in the city center 15 minutes away from apartment. Everything is pedestrian area and it's very inconvenient to carry your luggage after long travel first to the alternative pickup and then walk back to the apartment. The kitchen is barely fully equipped kitchen, we were missing even a toaster.

Absolutely amazing view! With the beautiful Windows you don't need a balcony you can just sit there in front and watch the trees and the river. The bed is amazingly soft and comfortable..
