not a big fan of the restaurant. Dinner overpriced and staff was not attentive. We did notice that this was limited to our waiter as we noted his colleaque was very attentive to his customers. It was very obvious that our waiter didn't wish to serve us. Not sure what we would do about it going forward as there is no where to go without transportation. Perhaps I would recommend buy food at airport for dinner and bring with you. Breakfast was worth it. Honestly, if we weren't so tired at the time we would have sought out the manager.

Although close to the airport, there are no links apart from a taxi, which will cost about €20. If you want to get to central Amsterdam, you also need to take a taxi - don't expect to walk or use public transport from this hotel.

Room was exceptional - large, amazing king-size bed, quiet and very clean. Restaurant was lovely and the staff attentive.

My booking included a free genius breakfast. This was not clearly on record in both the restaurant and at check-out. It was resolved immediately when I mentioned it, but it seems some better alignment between Booking.com and the hotel may be possible.

I use this hotel a few times a year when convenient for my flights. The hotel is nice and comfortable, and the shuttle is very practical. Normally we book directly through Bonvoy but this time around Booking.com offered a materially better deal.

I took a public bus to the hotel, the bus dropped me off at the one stop. The walk from the bus stop to the hotel is unsafe to walk. I had to walk on the road and had to cross a very busy main road. There is no path to get to the hotel.

The rooms were modern and very clean. Good choice of tv channels. The restaurant had many different options for dinner. I found the breakfast was a bit disappointing considering we pay an extra €25.50.

The restaurant was closed and only the bar was available on 31st December for dinner. I expected a better menu for a 4 stars hotel. The quality of the food was okey but the dishes were nothing special.

Booked this hotel very last minute due to a cancelled flight out of Schipol airport. Beautiful hotel. Great service. The duty manager offered pizza to everyone in the queue free of charge. Good level of cleanliness. Didn’t have breakfast. Free shuttle back to airport the following morning with a really great driver. Really great experience. Would definitely stay again.

Not cheap. Stayed after late night flight got canceled and booked from the airport. All clean, except for moldy silicone sealant on the shower. Would not expect that for this type of hotel.

Fairly close to the airport, although on the backside, so still about a 15 minute drive. Friendly staff, decently equipped rooms, WiFi ok for video calls.

The restaurant closes at 11 pm which is ok. But the bar closed at 11 pm too which is a bit weird for an airport hotel. The first shuttle bus leaves at 5-45 am which is too late. If you have a flight around 7 am, you must take a taxi which is an extra cost.

The hotel is very nice and clean. The staff are very helpful. Overall a very nice place to stay.

Free airport shuttle wasn’t operating at 8 pm when we needed it for hotel arrival. Was told shuttle driver was taking an hour break.

The lighting in the room whilst subtle and atmospheric, made the room really dark and it was difficult to actually see anything. Not helped by dark skies and pounding rain outside! There was no simple on /off switch for the radiator in the bathroom. There was an incredibly complicated attachment to the radiator which presumably had to be programmed in order to get the radiator to work. As a guest you don't need all this. Just a simple on / off would suffice. Needless to say the radiator had to stay off making the bathroom pretty cold.

The hotel is well located just 8 mins by the free hotel shuttle service from the airport. The room was a good size with a large kitchen king sized bed. There was plenty of storage space, power points tables comfy chair and tea/ coffee making facilities. The bathroom was spacious with an excellent power shower. The breakfast buffet was very good with a wide choice of foods available. The staff were very welcoming and helpful offering us additional personal items as our ongoing flight had been cancelled and we had no access to our luggage.They gave us an adaptor for our mobile phone and other necessities.

The restaurant was so expensive and in the night that passed the only way to dinner was buffet and the price was so expensive and the meal quality was terrible the price 35£.
