ItalyLocation have very limited option nearest, no groceries or restaurants, elevators are older, room are not so silent and many people slam doors, the view is 50/50, sometimes could be good and sometimes is on the street (definitely not good). Bathroom are older, low water pressure, no drains, the parquet and the furniture are already a few years old and it shows.
Lot of space in parking, and it´s free, the location is quiet, appreciated that they give me the room before the check-in time without additional cost, staff is kindly but simple expect to have more attention for pet. Great availability of clothes hangers. Breakfast could be a plus, but it´s cost a few. Convenient refrigerator, but also old.

BelgiumThe rooms are outdated and need to be remodeled and deep cleaned. The windows are not thick enough to cover the noise from the high way just in front of the hotel. If you want decent WiFi you will have to pay on top. I did not realize that there were room with air conditioning (that are more expensive of course than the ones without). My room was not air-conditioned and was very very hot I couldn't sleep because of that. The price if the room does not meet my expectations, like for that price I expect at least access to decent and fast internet.
Staff is very nice and the Breakfast buffet is great. Convenient place if you have meetings at the BCN across the room.

NetherlandsThe location and the staff. This hotel is very centrally located nearby a large shopping mall and just beside the highway. The large free parking area is safe easy to find and in front of the hotel. All staff members (lobby, dining room, bar) are professional, polite, friendly and very helpful and they will go out of there way to give you a pleasant stay. I booked a non-airconditioning room but the room allocated to me felt too warm and damp. It was no bother at all to change. One of the ladies at the desk walked with me and showed me another room. She also wanted to show me a room further down the hall. But that was it necessary ; the first one was perfect! I switched rooms to the other side of the hall (to the shade-side of the hotel) and had a wonderful stay.

NetherlandsWe paid extra to get a room with AC. However, it was still very warm in the room. Luckily they also had a fan available in the room and it helped. The location is not ideal if you depend on public transportation. Its almkst 20 minute walking to the nearest metro station.

It's not so close to Rotterdam We stayed during the weekend and it was very quiet but Monday morning there was construction noise from works to a building across the street, so it may not be so quiet during the week For its location and what it offers I think it's overpriced.

United StatesWeather was hot when we arrived and it was a real challenge to get cool enough to sleep comfortably because there is no air conditioning or ceiling fan, nor could we open the window very far. The bike parking shed, while secure, was strewn with trash. The neighborhood has nothing within walking distance except a gas station!
The location met our needs as a stopping point as we were between Delft and Kinderdijk/Gouda. Rooms are generous size, and bathrooms included a full-size tub with shower. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was very good. The licorice at the front desk is delicious!

BelgiumI asked before booking if the room has heater and they answered that each room has a controllable heater, but there was only a broken radiator inside and after asking the staff offered us two small heaters for the night. Besides our room was booked for 3, however, the service was prepared for 2 persons only and we had two ask for the third.
