I will be fair but i didn't feel the staff is very helpful like i felt first time. Maybe because of that they were fully booked and busy. I request one of the room to have double bed , I know i booked twin bed but i hoped at least if i feel the staff trying to help. because he said this is what you booked.

Location is the only issue. It is far from city center for walking. There is a metro station nearby, like 8-10 min. walk. Unfortunately no stores nearby if you want to get a snack or drink.

The hotel is big and nice. Very friendly and responsive staff. Room was not that big, but had everything needed and was very clean! Breakfast was vast and tasty.

The girl from the reception, Alina from Ukraine, is trying to arrange her personal life at the expense of the guests by sitting down at the bar during her working hours. Very unprofessional behavior for a hotel of this level.

We stayed two nights at this hotel. Excellent location of the hotel if you are by car (metro in 10 minutes), the hotel has been renovated, a comfortable room, a refrigerator and a microwave oven with a kettle are very convenient when you are with a small child. It was nice to see slippers in the room. Very good breakfast! A nice bonus was unlimited healthy drinks. Convenient parking.

The dinner could of been better the ribs were not cooked well so we didn't eat much of them. There weren't much options for salad topping like cumbers or tomatoes.

We paid for and upgraded room at good cost and had a great room with a nice view. Breakfast we very good and so was lunch but dinner was not that good. I mostly stayed in and rested so I could go to see the Tulips but my husband did most of the things he wanted to do by himself for I was fighting a bad cold.

The view from our sixth floor room was not the best as there is currently a building site the other side of the river. There is nothing the hotel can do about it and it had no practical significance.

The hotel is very well run by staff who were always friendly and helpful. The room was well-appointed and the shower was awesome. The car park is large, although not cheap.

This is a “cashless” establishment. Meaning all transactions are done via credit cards and (international) debit cards. For those who come from other latitudes this could be an inconvenience. I also didn’t see an ATM on the premises, but i might be wrong. Also, kitchen closes at 9:00 pm and all you are left with are snacks from the hotel convenience store. For a place so visited, i would expect the kitchen to offer services until a bit later

Well located, within reasonable distance to Schiphol Airport, and comfortable enough to walk to the City Center. Metro is also nearby. Decor was excellent. The Staff were always most helpful. The Breakfast buffet is excellent.

Not the fault of the hotel but it is a bit far out from the city centre and transport links are not as close as we hoped they would be. The area of the hotel is currently in the middle of a good deal of construction work so the view out of our window was basically onto a construction site. When the work is all finished the canal area could be quite attractive.

Everything was smart, clean and well managed. Breakfast was very good. The room very comfortable. We had the buffet dinner one night and that was very good too.

It's a bit isolated. There aren't any food shops nearby or places to eat outside McDonald's. It's just buildings all arouund.

The room is very nice and the staff was very helpful. The metro is a 10 minute walk which makes it easy to go to the city centre.

Very very warm rooms, aircon on or window open did not cool it down - be aware of this if you can’t cope with heat. Can’t pay with cash at the bar. Snack shop within the hotel was very expensive.

The property was very modern, the reception area was lovely and very calm - there was lots of seating area to relax / have a drink. The rooms were clean upon arrival, TV had very limited programmes but this wasn’t an issue. Bathroom was lovely and had fresh towels daily. Free fresh and cold water tap downstairs & staff were polite and helpful. Very short walk to Metro station.

The TV in our room would randomly turn off. Housekeeping did not come to our room one day, and could have done a more through job of cleaning the room (the sink handles were not wiped down, body wash in shower not refilled). There was also another issue where the computer system decided that we had not checked into the hotel, prompting the manager to come to verify if the room was empty at 10pm on our second night. There was never an explanation as to what caused this glitch. Also the hotel restaurant is only open until 9pm and options within walking distance of the hotel are scarce so keep this in mind when travelling.

The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The shower was quite large and had good water temperature and pressure, which is always important. They offered free water at the entrance and the location was a short trip from the airport. The staff was friendly and willing to provide any information you might need.

The room wasn’t made up after the first night, which I would expect of a hotel at this standard (cups weren’t replaced/ tea bag’s etc) I don’t expect towels to be replaced each day, but I do expect dirty dishes to be replaced. And beds to be made.

Beautifully decorated. Extremely convenient for getting into central Amsterdam. The property doesn’t really have anything around it so do bear this in mind.
