Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

LuxembourgTourism is industrialised with many small shops, restaurants and bars along the beach, with loud music until late in the evening, that can be extremely annoying if you have a room with sea view!! Parking is extremely problematic at the hotel and expensive in the neighbouring parking spaces. The place is too touristic.
The hotel is next to the beach and the view to the sea is nice. The meal at the hotel's restaurant was very good and without prior reservation. Spa is convenient.

SwitzerlandServices were expensive: parking (47.50 EUR per day on outside parking next to the hotel), room service (18.00EUR per order), etc. And opening hours restaurant (no orders for diner after 21.00h even statement online that kitchen is closing at 21.30h) and bar (closing at 22.00h), professional skills of friendly staff (have room for improvement) are not Grand Hotel like. . .
Room (even not frontal sea view from top floor as thought when booking and balcony with two shabby chairs), general infrastructure and breakfast. . .

NetherlandsThe sea view was totally not worth the price. The balcony is tiny and the whole view is blocked by thick, high railing. So technically you can see the sea from the balcony, but you can't sit on the balcony and enjoy the sea view.
The location is the best, next to the pier and right on the beach close to all the beach restaurants / clubs

SwedenOur family room had a connecting door to another room. The people there were very loud and kept us up all night since the door was not sound proof enough to keep the sounds out. We should have complained to reception when it happened, but we didn't do it since we didn't want to wake up our kids doing so, since they slept through the noise.
We liked the spacious family room. Very comfortable beds. Happy that the Spa pool was included in the price and that the kids could easily enjoy it.

GermanyThe hotel is a little older... On the public spaces everything is fine. But at the room it is impossible not to notice it. The carpet and the windows are very dirty. I couldn't resist wiping the window to be able to enjoy the sea view.
Breakfast was great, great choice of dishes and the young cook at the omelette Station does a great job. The Swimming pool with Sea View is a very nice spot. The Building is very beautiful, good location. Personal at the reception is helpful.
