It was a lie that there is 24h reception. 2 nights that i went to reception after midnight, the door was close with the announcement ""cleaning"". And it was like that all night and i couldnt eat when i wanted!

The room was not clean at all. The trash can was not removed from older guests and everything was dirty .

The location was good there were nearby trams which helped me get through the city easier .Nice neighbourhood . The shared bathrooms were clean.

The man who cleans does his job very well, so everyday after 2p.m. Rooms and bathrooms are clean The staff helps as much as they can Overall, for the price i can say that it is more than good!!! Kitchen with facilities

We expected to have free lockers for our luggage but it turned out we have to pay for them, so we had to leave our things under the beds. We didn't particularly like that. The room wasn't also regularly cleaned except for the bathroom. Тhe floor was quite dirty by the end of our stay.

The location of the hostel was very convenient. There was no breakfast but we could use the fridge in the shared space which was awesome! When it comes to the room, the beds were comfortable.

The rooms were tiny and somewhat cramped, so were the bathrooms. However, all these things don't mean much if you're spending the whole day outside travelling.

Cleanliness was ok, but not great. Rooms and bathrooms were not cleaned daily and were not clean on arrival. Number of beds was a bit high vs the size of the room.

Friendly staff. Great location, easy access to public transport, museums, restaurants, good commute from the airport by bus. Overall quiet enough place.

The bathroom was very small and a little moldy so we didn't really shower, and the whole space is very cramped, also we had only 1 stool for 2 bunkbeds so we had to place it kind of in the middle of the room to have access from both beds.

The location was great, the kitchen area was convenient and it was nice to see the structure of an older authentic dutch house.

Rooms are too narrow and too small for this number of beds. It must be max of 4 beds, not 6.. no space to turn around, not enough air in the room, bathroom is extremely small, no space to leave your bag

You have your room toilet, but the main bathroom with the shower is shared with the floor (3 in total for the 3 floors, you can go to whichever you want to); in the peak hours is packed and there’s a line, so keep that in mind. Also as shown in the picture in the room there’s no privacy, you sleep all really close together. They offer other services such as towels, ear plugs and suitcases storage but you have to pay more. BRING YOUR OWN TOWELS IF YOU DON’T WANT TO PAY 5€ FOR 1.

The location is really good, next to the main museums and also well connected with the transportation even at night.

I got what I paid for. This hostel is one of the cheapest in Amsterdam, thus my expectations regarding the facilities and the comfort were not high. I got good sleep, I felt safe and everything went fine with checking in and out, so it was a good experience. Nonetheless there are small things that wouldn't require much attention from the hostel owners and would make the experience better: fixing the doors in the shower, cleaning the floor in the rooms (it was sticky)...

There were only 3 toilets for around 36 folks. They were also not clean. Cleanliness. The water temperature in the shower was not controlled, it was too hot sometimes and too cold suddenly. There was no way to control it. Room was too small for 6. There was no lift for 3 floors.

The room was shared with some people that they’re live there. Come in and out any time. So it’s better to book all the room. There were only two toilets and bathroom for all the hotel. The check out on booking says noon but it’s 10 am. The day when you are leaving, the key of the room doesn’t work any more so be careful before to leave the room.

The location was great and the neighbourhood was very quiet. But the staff was very friendly.
