You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomI’ve stayed here 3 times now, the first time my room was in the main building, witch I prefer. The last 2 times I’ve stayed, I’ve been given a room in an annexed building, witch sadly isn’t up to the same standard as the main building.
The location is very nice, as is the bar area and restaurant. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

United KingdomI booked having seen on-line photos of reurbished rooms in the main hotel building. I was extremely annoyed when we were allocated a room upstairs in a nearby building, as there was no lift and my wife currently has sciatica making stairs a problem for her. To be fair, the receptionist was able to relocate us to the family roon on the ground floor of the same building but, it was still a difficult walk to and from meals in the main building. The carpets used are depressing and the pattern makes them look worn out. I was extremely disappointed that we had been shunted to an out building.
The area and grounds are pleasant. The staff were friendly. Dining room and food was good.

NetherlandsI was called the day before saying that the third bed in our room was not a proper bed and that another room was not available. We got a discount on the rate but that made our stay pretty uncomfortable. Moreover, the big bed was a smaller size than a regular bed.

NetherlandsWe arrived at 19.30, after cycling the entire day, we book this hotel because dot said it had a restaurant. Ye we were it allowed to eat in the restaurant even though there were plenty of empty tables . If restaurant bookings are needed for hotel guests (which is already quite annoying) this should be mentioned during booking process. They sent us to eat in the village, when alll restaurants were closed . Disappointing experience
