My only reservation is that ,although it was in a lovely area, and very quiet , it was a little far from many of the attractions in central Amsterdam… eg Dam Square, shopping areas. However there was an extremely efficient tram service to the centre , which was only 5 mins walk from the hotel
Extremely comfortable and spacious room with lovely views onto their patio area downstairs, and attractive greenery. The staff were highly knowledgeable and helpful.. The breakfast was superb… huge choice of foods from fruits to cold meats, cheeses, hot breakfast and croissants.Impeccable cleanliness and lovely decor.

A sumptuously appointed hotel in the public areas. Tucked in a quiet neighborhood about a 15 minute walk to the Van Gogh and Rijksmuseum. Breakfast is a luxurious feast and staff is top notch. Our room was quiet and the bed was comfortable though not very wide.

This small hotel is charming in every sense of the word. Beautiful furnishings, lovely courtyard, spacious rooms, helpful personnel. Would love to stay here again!

New Zealand2 Reviews“Great stay for all the right reasons”Shower over the bath could be difficult for people with limited flexibility as the bath esd quite deep. However, there is a bar to grab on to pull yourself in.
Location was great. A lovely outlook from the hotel to a park and shops and cafes a short walk around the corner. Tram stops also near shops and cafes so easy to get around once you know which side of the road to get them 😉

Very quiet. Great area. Plenty of places to eat. Very helpful staff. We left our cases twice. Very quickly dealt with. Big room with comfortable bed. Upgraded to garden side of hotel. Reception staff gave very helpful information on transport to airport and advised visiting the Albert cuyp market which was great. Found a super cafe there
