Amazing apartment: beautifully designed, had everything we needed and the views over the water were lovely. The staff were also incredible: super friendly, super helpful and went out of their way to make our stay great (especially Kieran!)

I suggest the hotel provides travelers with trash bags (I brought myself) and tea bags.

I and my sister-in-law stayed at this hotel from April 14 to 20, 2024. My flight arrived in the morning. The young lady who worked at the front desk on that day was very nice and helpful. She helped to have me check in around noon time (Many thanks!) She also provided me with a lot of useful travel information and hand-wrote the recommended restaurants. I really appreciate all of her help. This hotel has very spacious rooms compared to most Europe hotels. And the location is great (right by the central train station and most sightseeing is within walking distance. This location is also very convenient for day trips. I highly recommend this hotel.

The property was great, however I have marked it down due to the lack of balcony with the 3 bedroom option. We had selected the apartment on this basis but the balconies only apply to the top floor penthouse apartments. Also, when trying to access the apartment at Mid day staff were utilising the lift for cleaning and wouldn't move out of the lift to allow customer use.

The walls are a bit thin, you can hear the outside noise as well as neighbours. It’s not terrible but hard when you’re a light sleeper.

Overall it was very good. We only had an issue with the AC that wasn’t cooling enough. The staff was responsive and tried to help. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Very nice, modem and clean apartment. It’s not very spacious but organized very well. We were 5 people and pretty comfortable. Good location near the central train station and walking distance to the center and the attractions. Very nice and helpful staff.

Great location close to the old city and transport links. It is very elegant with a fabulous view of the waterfront. Well appointed with plenty of crockery and no problem getting extra dishwasher tabs as needed from the staff.

The apartment was spacious and airy with great views, exactly as shown in the pictures. The apartments were clean, comfortable, welcoming, and had everything you could need. The apartments are within easy walking distance of everything. Keiran was so helpful, taking an interest in my problems, sorting my forward travel tickets, and my expected parcel. Nothing was too much trouble, I would definitely stay here again. Thank you

It was a little on the dark side with bedroom doors closed and closing the sliding bedroom doors meant cool air could not circulate at night. The Japanese style doors were cute though a bit delicate. Cleaning once in a week. I am not a fan of the ‘minimal cleaning’ trend in hotels around the world.

All the amenities in the room were good. I liked the kitchen and bathroom (we had shower which was good strength hot). Nice little dishwasher, combi oven and 2 ring electric hob. Washing machine/ dryer very useful. All modern. The location was really great for going anywhere by train or tram or walking. Even ferry close by. It was not a problem being near station, it was secure. Staff gave us extra teabags when needed. Supermarkets and pubs/restaurants nearby. Staff helped printing tickets for outing.

Excellent location and centrally located in the city centre. Short Walking diatance to Central Station and groceries shop. Best views of the apartment was facing the river.

perfect location to explore city as short walk to centre and central terminal. Front desk has someone 24 hour/day which is very helpful for any questions etc. Just a great place including staff.
