The rooms are really compact making it hard to move even around the bed. There is no storage actually only 4 hangers on a rack but no drawers etc so we had to keep our clothes in our luggage for all 4 nights we stayed there. The bathroom was large enough compared to the rest of the room. There was no blow-dryer in the room you had to ask one and return it later. No fridge either. Overall the price was quite higher than what it should be according to the hotels facilities and location.

Zaandam is a nice place to stay avoiding the bustle of the big city but still within proximity to it. It only takes 10 min by train to get to Amsterdam central station. There are nice shops around a super market across the street. The hotel itself is ideally located in a quiet area. The staff is super efficient and supportive. Bed and pillows were perfect.

Hotel mentiend beforehand that to keep the low rate, they reduce the number of room cleaning, so it was once only during our stay. We stayed for 6 days. So we already anticipated that and was alright with it. We just mentioend it here so people will know as well. Check in time was 3pm, and ti check in early there was a fee. We opted out. But we wish we could leave our luggages at the hotel first, yet to do that we need to pay €5 per luggage.. So we wish they would just allow guest to drop their bags off without paying, hence no hassle exploring the city and dragging the luggages at the same time. However, this was also informed to us beforehand, so we could anticipate and decide early on. Quite fair. So still, we highly recommend easyHotel for your stay in the Netherlands!

Check in was easy, locatin was perfect. 3 train stops to Amsterdam and 3 train stops to Schiphol, train station was very close to the hotel, hence to travel to another city or country by train wont be a hassle. Alot of good eating places with different cuisines, supermakert and shops literally at your door step! Room was very clean with a wonderful view. Bed was comfortable, bathroom was great. We booked deluxe and standard room. Deluxe was abit bigger, easy to move around when in the room. Standard was small but still descent. Staff were friendly and very helpful. I would not hesitate to come back! Thanks easyHotel!

We did see the commenta before, it is a basic hotel no kettle no fan and pillows are low, but we got them with us at the end we where really comfortable.

Area of easy hotel is very central door to door with primark, and supermarket and train station 5 mins away

The Staff during check in (during 11.30pm) was very rude and did not even smile. She didn't share the wifi password. We had to spend the entire night without access to the internet.

Very near to Zaandam train station. 2 mins walk from Zaandam. Beautiful location. The rooms had enough space for 2 single beds and a child bed. The view is very good. The receptionist who was present in the morning was very kind and helpful. He gave us free luggage storage even though it was chargeable and helped us with storing the luggage.

It is very close to train station so you can easy go to any location you want. It was not big but enough for a night. Staff at reception was very nice and helped with any question.

It would be nice if the mattress didn’t move so much (twin beds). When you have rowdy guests, noise travels easily. It sounded like a few children running the halls and screaming for a few hours

I had a nice view toward town. I was even high enough to see cruise ships sailing into Amsterdam. My first 3 nights were super quiet. I could control the room temperature easily

Too costly. City tax rises fees than you might expect. Considering their services, it was too expensive. I felt like hotel staffs weren’t professional.

Great location; it takes less than 5 mins to get the nearest station. There is a supermarket, as you can buy some foods and drinks there, which might be helpful.

Bathroom, shower and cupboard. Room service is around €20 but At least towels could have been changed once a day. Plus, Room temperature was lover than we expected.

AC not working properly. Apparently, they locked the AC to 19C however it was hotter and hotel staff cannot fix it and advise us to just open the window. Seriously?!😆

Never like not having a kettle, to make a more cuppa. The lifts were a while waiting & don't recall option of staircase.

Good view, very comfortable beds, quirky organised bathroom, good lighting. Very good access to shops of many kinds .
