The climate system resets every time you remove your key card. Maybe 1 or 2 more vegetarian options for the bistro area to prevent confusion and mistakes, the combined tomato soup with / without meatballs, they failed… the rest was great.

Comfortable, clean, quiet and friendly staff. Nice warm pool with sauna to relax after flight.

I will say that I had one situation arise that completely took me aback. Yesterday I was at the airport waiting for the shuttle in the rain with no umbrella. The shuttle was not there @6:45pm nor did it show up @7:15pm. I called the hotel was put on hold for over 10 minutes, I called back and the receptionist tried to put me on hold again. I told her not to and to deal with my call she informed me that she had a customer in front of her that was her priority. That was not cool. Then told me that I was obviously in the wrong spot for the shuttle because it was at the airport for pick up. I was standing at A9-13 along with about 10 others that were also waiting for the shuttle. This employee made me feel as if I didn’t matter and that I was stupid which I am not.

It was very comfortable and although it was a big complex surprisingly not difficult to manoeuvre around.

Check-in - it took a long time in a queue at reception before any staff told us that the hotel was overbooked; and a long time to make a room available to us. We had also booked twin beds and then had to share a double.

Room - clean, comfortable, and quiet. Shuttle service - prompt and reliable. Foyer - gorgeous. Breakfast - tasty with lots of options. Special touch - welcome desk handed out tasty treats while we waited for the shuttle.

We had an overnight connection in Amsterdam 22:00 - 08:00, so I booked this hotel with Booking.com (fully paid in advance!). When we arrived unfortunately at the check-in desk they told us that they have an email from booking, but the reservation is not in the system. I had to wait 40 minutes while they fix it, which I find unacceptable. The girl working on the issue was not focused on my problem, chatting with other employees, going around and so on. As soon as she found a room (looks like in the nearby apart hotel of the same chain, because this one was fully booked), she left home and left check-in itself for another person, without ensuring that everything finishes fine for me. They offered me a drink voucher in the bar as a compensation, but my kids were already sleeping on the lobby sofa after a 12-hour flight, so I didn't use it.

This hotel similar to other hotels around Schiphol has a free shuttle that goes every 30 minutes. The shuttle itself is a big bus, which is good (In another hotel once there was a minibus, which took only seated passengers, so I had to wait for the next shuttle on my way back to the airport). The rooms are nice and the breakfast area looks good although I had only coffee in the morning before my flight.

- parking is charged at an hourly rate and you have to pay in the hotel before exiting. This was not made clear which is challenging when you are on a tight schedule for a flight - we stayed in the “apartments” section and the front door was at times unsecured

- I enjoyed having a full apartment for a reasonable price - conveniently located near the airport

They had some mixup with the booking.com reservation, but it was sorted out and I had a upgrade. Location is booring, not so good connections to Amsterdam city.

I so on the site that they have a pool and I wanted to enjoy a little swim but it was closed due tu leek problem,and I got a good price for the rooom but I had to pay 50 euros deposit that they didn’t turn back!! They first told that they’ll turn the deposit couple days after I leave,then I later contacted them and they said they’ll send it after 10 working days,after 15 working days I contacted them and asked again but after that I didn’t get any answers anymore even I tryed couple times to get in touch by mail and by phone,there wasn’t any answers!!!

The room was very big and the bed was very comfortable and soft like you sleep on the clouds Also big Restorant and the sky bar was a beautiful place to relax

I am a member of Marriot and a global trotter.... I don't like the fact that I have to pay 50€ deposit for each night .... at least if it's the first night, then it makes sense.. but the fact that it has to be every night should be reconsidered.
