We got a studio with very bad view, only thing we saw from the window was another house. Also the place was little bit dirty when we arrived there, but overall it was okay.

Location was little bit too far from the centre but overall it was a very quiet and homey place.

Some of the appliances and lights didn't work. Not enough hooks to hang the towels.

Clean and modern and attentive staff. Good location once you learn the how, what and especially the where everything is. The unit includes all the necessary appliances for eating in some; we ate breakfast in since we get up so early. Once we learn the way to the ferry, our whole experience changed to the great.

I really dislike one duvet for a couple, especially as each room has a small bed. I had to visit a launderette downstairs several times to lay hands on an iron.

The door pin code pad on level 2 was playing up - when pressing down on a particular number it was entering it twice.

Would have been great if the hotel was a little bit closer to the city center but the walk was pleasant nevertheless, the supermarket was on the way so we stocked up on groceries as we went to and from the city center. I guess if you had bikes this wouldn't be too much of an issue as it wouldn't take too long to get to the pier to get the ferry across.

We liked the welcome we had on the web app with the free gym, door code, and general tourist information, as well as the WhatsApp welcome message. Inside the room, we had little presents awaiting us too. The rooms are well looked after and with simple and modern feel.

The AC could not be set as cold as we like (min 18 degree Celcius). We need to open the window but fortunately the weather is good and everything is comfortable.

Paid 420€/night. Did not receive the invoice for company refund immediatelly. Quote "Hi there, I have added the company details to the invoice and we will sent it out once we have received the payout from booking.com. Best, Bob W." I do not have anything with Bob W-Booking relation. I paid in advance, so I expect my invoice as soon as I leave.

We had small issue with access code, but staff was helpful over the phone and everything got sorted. We even got an actual key just in case.

We enjoyed our stay with Bob. Nice cosy room with everything you need and nice extra touches. Comfortable bed and close to ferry, set in industrial zone, but we haven't been disturbed by that.

The one thing I would say is that there is no reception it is self check in (although you can WhatsApp the team with speedy responses but had to do so in coffee shops with WiFi ) and the phone signal for all of us on different networks was zero. So screenshot your key code for access to bottom door and your room to avoid like us going on a big walk to login into online check in! But it was a beautiful apartment and I would 100% stay again. This literally the only thing I can think of that was a negative and was a mix of our no signal and their lack of reception at property :)

I like that it was not in the busy centre. It was great to come back to peace and quiet. It was so clean and had lots of nice extras like a Polaroid to borrow and chargers for all phones. The coffee and biscuits were as a lovely surprise.

My staying at Bob W was perfect! Сozy bed and linen, easy communication and some cute details - coffee in the room, yoga mat, water to go bottle. You can get to Amsterdam Central with 1 metro station or ferry.

The location is good. On the other side of the river from Central Amsterdam. A short subway ride away. The room was large, comfortable, modern, well equipped. It was very clean. The ability to use a communal washer and dryer was super nice, and it was free. Highly recommend
