Sink too small to properly wash face. Price rather high, which is probably due to the fact that it’s within Amsterdam

The size of the bathroom sink AND the shelf above it gave some headache to me. The sink is small, that is what fits, nothing to do about it. However having such a wide shelf, so low right above it made even a simple face wash a challenge (and gave a foot wash and a huge puddle right away). If the shelf could be placed higher.... I found the bed mattress too old. It had a "hole", a pit, a dimple in it already.

The staff was super helful. This made up for anything else by me.

The only thing I didn't like was the door to the ensuite. It was a glass door, evem though it was a privacy glass, it was not private enough. I shared a room with my adult son, whether ever either of us needed to use the ensuite had to alert the other I am in the ensuite to keep away from the door.

Location good as choice of transport to get into Amsterdam central.

Terrible bed. Too soft. Mattresses moved freely from each other. The base did not hold them.

The mattresses were made of memory foam, too soft making them uncomfortable. Very little lighting in the main bedroom, could do with a shelf/basket in shower for shampoo, shower gel etc. Had to put everything on floor of shower

Staff friendly and very helpful, good facilities, lovely and clean and warm. Top up of tea, coffee etc was no problem.

Air on did not cook room down. Felt like there was underfloor heating on in bathroom maybe and it was countering the air con so was very warm.

the location was a little far from public transport and the hotel located in a place which cannot be reached without taking a long stair case downwards from the main road. there myt be a waking/driving path but very long. the washroom could have been a little bigger. and the floor gets wet easily with a one bath.

The room was very clean and comfy beds were provided. the staff were really friendly and kind. they accommodated us way earlier than their usual check in time. heating was good too. Overall a beautiful place.

The matresses are really soft which we did not like, but I guess it is just a question of taste after all and some people would like that.

Staff was really nice and able to answer any question we had. Both reception and cleaning personnel were nice and attentive to our needs. Very positive on that side. Located a bit outside of the city center but quite well connected by tram. We had no problem to get to the city center and back to the hotel at any time, without needing to get a cab.

Staff is really not friendly. Another thing, I thought people were exaggerating about the sink, but indeed, the design is terrible, and the sink is unusable.

Basic but nice hotel. We had a concert in that area that's why we chose it, but it's quite far from the center.

The bathroom is very small, and also a small small sink where you can even brush your teeth or wash you're face because under the wall mirror above the sink is also a shelf. The location is not great, but is good enough for the price of the room.

The room was nice, big enough and clean. Even even it is located near the intersection and is always traffic the room is fairly well phono isolated. Easy to reach by public transport.

The floor hadn't been swept properly and there was mold on the bathroom ceiling.

The hotel is well presented, the beds are very comfortable and is in a good location with links to trams, metro and the NS train service.

very lovely location, friendly staff in the day but early morning staff were quite uninterested. only issue was the un accessible tv really threw a spanner in the work we tried to do, i stayed in the Almere location and had access to HDMI and such
