The internet connection was very weak, most of the time there was no internet at all. No foreign tv channels. Lofts are very slow, it can take 10 minutes to get down to the lobby.

Location is great, only a 15 minutes walk to the petronas towers. Apartment was spacious, very modern and luxurious. The rooftop pool is amazing!

It was so busy and checking in took ages because there was only 1 desk open. It’s a bit confusing because there are a few hotels in one building so wasn’t sure which one was our one at first. As it’s so big the lifts take a while and are always wet from the pool but this is such a minor in the grand scheme of things and I’d stay here again!

The reception desk wasn't easy to find with two hotels sharing a building and multiple different managements for each hotel. Room card was fiddly. Traffic design at entrace is terrible and requires numerous traffic controllers for traffic to function, and still with much chaos.

Great views. Great swimming pool with views. Basic amenities included. The staff were nice. Reception was nice. Carpark included. The apartment floor was actually exceptionally clean.

The room didn’t have a safe. When asked if the room TV works we were told that the property provides Netflix access. Turned out we had to use our own logins. The lobby is a bit chaotic.

The room size was great. A big and comfortable bed. The room was very clean. The views from the infinity pool was fabulous! We had to put down a 100€ deposit with a credit card and it was swiftly within a day returned.

Wish the living room is more decorated with painting frame. The wall above the couch is slightly swollen, and cleaning could be better as I could see streaks on the living room table and the sintered stone wall near dining table. Bathroom needs to be maintained with proper cleaning, marble floor looks a bit muddy/ not shiny. Wish management give 2 cars for each room as I booked 2 bedroom apt. Instead was only given 1 car per UNIT. The daily parking rate is Rm20 per entrance per DAY. Robe isn’t provided at swimming pool area and needs to be collected at lobby for LUMA. Wished this was informed earlier during check in at least..

Value for money but slightly at a pricier range. However with the interior design offered in the room, it will make you happy and satisfied with the payment. Love the spacious area! Marvellous swimming poool! Had the best time with my nieces around :)

- the building is big and there are people going in and out all the time it sounds like a big train station this part may be a bit stressful for people looking for quietness -long wait at the reception -the swimming pool is mainly for fotos don’t swim in it as i got an ear infection after swimming and in it. - many rules and penalties in the building

-The swimming pool has an exceptional view on the city mainly on Petronas tours and Sky deck -Nice room, very clean and has many tools still the carpet smells a bit

The security deposit wasn't clear to me before the check-in, but it could be fixed by an automatic booking message stating details about the security deposit. The hotel didn't provide transportation service to the airport

Great place with a good location, a clean room, and overall good. Facilities such as swimming pool and gym are good to have, also room is equipped with a small fridge which was very practical.

There were 4 lifts that we could take to get up and down, but 1 was out of service leaving 3. This took us a long time to get either to the pool, the lobby or even our room. Apart from that there was nothing else.

We had actually made 2 bookings for the same type of apartment and were allowed to stay in the same room which was great. The receptionist was extremely helpful and all we had to do was reactivate the key card to stay in our room for the 2nd booking. The 2 bed apartment was huge, much bigger than we expected! Everything was clean and working. We had a great view of the towers from our balcony. The pool was amazing, giving us unrestricted view to the Petronas towers, the KL tower and Merdeka tower. Overall, thoroughly enjoyed it stay and would highly recommend.

The Hotel ist beautiful and very Clean. The Metro is close by. The Pool in the rooftop amazing with beautiful Views.

Very satisfactory overall. Clean room. Clean bathroom. Staff were warm and welcoming. Parking was complimentary. Love the size of the room as well. No complaints.
