The lifts were slow as there are only three lifts serving the 42 floors but patience is a virtue so…

The bed was so comfortable. Loved the pool and gym area on level11. The location suited us as it was nice and close to where my family lives. It was an easy 5-10 minute Grab ride to two large shopping centres, including Queensway Mall, which was handy. We didn’t go into Georgetown but I suspect in heavy traffic that would have taken 20-30 minutes.

The reception was amazing and the staff was quite understanding. The unit is comfortable with quality furnishings and essentials necessary for a comfort stay. I also liked the top notch cleanliness of the apartment. I'll for sure stay here next time.

Only downside are thin walls and shared entrance. One night we had bad neighbours, who were drinking and even smoking in their suite. Did not slept till 4am. Maybe owner should put stricter rules and fines for that kind of guests. Other than that everything was great, would definitely come back and can recommend to others.

Day of arrival we were given clear instructions where to find a key and how to self check in. Everything was clear and easy. There are 4 elevators which work fast so waiting time is very minimal. Suite is located in 40th flore. You get exceptional view from the windows. There are all the necessary amenities in the room. There is 24 hour gym with new equipment, infinity pool, sauna, basketball court and many other things to do free of charge on 11th flore.

Everything was perfect...instruction very clear include car park... the accommodation that provide also good n complete include hair dryer and washing mashine. the surrounding also quiet at night n perfect for family staycation!

There was only 1/4 toilet roll upon my arrival. The walls are paper thin and when there are guests next door, it gets a bit noisy. Sadly there was a screaming kid next door for 2 days. I did mention it to the host, who contacted the guests right away. The host owns both apartments. The apartment is not in town but I was aware of that prior to my arrival. The soap liquid provided was enough for 1 day only. A bit of construction work is still going on but not really on the floor where the apartment is. There is a mosque close by which starts with prayers early morning but it is a Muslim country. It did not bother me.

Brand new building. The apartment is on the 40th floor with nice views and no street noise. The apartment is very small but it was fine for me only. There is a fridge and the bed is super comfortable and new. Everything was clean and organized. Cleaning was offered 3 days after my arrival but I did not need it. Excellent communication with the host from start to end. Very friendly (although we did not meet) and always only a message away. Self check in and out which was great for me. I would have given 10/10 had it not been because of the paper thin walls. I would still return next time I am in Malaysia and I also highly recommend the place.

The access key (elevator pass key) somehow not to be separated with key that power the house. In other words, if u want to go out.. No one can left at home. Could be bad if something emergency happen.

Building new but vacant due to many owners still not moving in - facilities not fully opened, construction noises during the day. No daily cleaning or change of towels. Shower pressure low for a high rise.

The amenities on the 11th floor are fantastic. An infinity pool, a couple smaller pools for families, a cork running track, great fitness facility with cardio machines, cable systems and free weights, sauna, steam rooms, and various places to relax or work (good wifi in most parts of the area for digital nomads). The room was comfortable, with excellent AC and good security. Self check-in was easy. Support from staff (via WhatsApp) was prompt and responsive. For our purpose (to check out the street food scene in Jelutong) the location was great. We were 600 metres from the vibrant market and hawker streets.

The check in process is quite complicated and there was nobody there to explain it to us. We were in the building at 6pm with no internet and had to get a hotspot off a passerby in order to see what the check in details were, which had been sent on WhatsApp to us.

Really cool, brand new building with amazing facilities. They have a gorgeous infinity pool, with an underwater gym as well as a full indoors fitness centre with amazing views. There is a rooftop also on the 42nd floor with panoramic views of Penang. The room is basic but nice.

The location is far from the George Town in Penang. If you want to access to the city centre, you need public transport or Grab.

The staff who service for this hotel is very friendly. She is willing to help me to sort basic issue of the stay. High class facilities and amenities, 24 hours security service are available for tenants.

MOST OF THE POWER POINTS NOT FUNCTION, MEAN NO ELETRICTY. THE WHOLE ROOM ONLY 2 ARE WORKING, THE tv POWER POINTS AND THE ONE AT STUDY DESK. HENCE, EVEN THERE ARE IRON AND FRIDGE PROVIDED, BUT CANNOT BE USED.

CLEANLINESS AND STAFFS AREA FRIENDLY. BED ARE COMFORT JUST LIKE HOTEL.
