The Hotel is good and awesome. Worth for the money.. But i was forced to book this Hotel almost at last minute since my actual booking was in other hotel and the room is not available.. Not happy with booking.com for leaving us alone helpless.

Asked in advance for a room with a view on the PETRONAS, was partial view, I was a little bit disappointed You have to ask for the cleaning every day, otherwise it will not be done Booked an apartment with 2 rooms, the only bathroom/toilet of the apartment was in one room, not very practical when traveling with your family members

It was a last-minute booking because the apartment we had originally reserved did not respond and we were forced to book a new room. The apartment had a reception, so we were able to coordinate everything there immediately, which was a nice option (only that place had a reception in the tower). The apartment itself was nice and well-equipped. We had two rooms; one was quite spacious with an incredibly large bed and the other had a standard double bed. The view from the apartment was amazing, and we had free access to two pools on the premises. As for minor points, the electrical outlets are different from European ones, but the host provided us with adapters immediately.

Great modern property with great amenities! Amazing view of KL towers! Absolutely loved our room and the property felt very safe. Staff were very nice too.

A water fountain or filtered water equipment should be installed. Other hotels do it. Ear cotton bulbs should be in bamboo and all other bathroom items to be supplied in paper NOT plastic.

The noise from the air conditioner was loud. It was difficult to find the parking lot for Tower 1 and Tower 2, and the residence said that the deposit would be paid again and returned 14 days after check-out. That was a bit strange.

It was nice that there were two rooms. I was able to cook food, and the water was warm.

hairdryer was too weak to dry anyone’s hair. The second bedroom is cramped and does not have any wardrobe or clothing hanging facilities

You don’t get the same apartment as the pictures. The master bedroom is very small with no window unlike shown in the pictures. The bathroom has two doors for the 2 bedrooms.

The two bedroom apartment was super clean. The kitchen and living room are spacious. The building is very well decorated and the 2 pools on levels 6 and 69 are adding value. The rooftop pool has very nice view of the twin towers especially at night and the pool on level 6 is very big. The gym is very well equipped. walking distance to twin towers, malls and restaurants.

Change the oven for a microwave. Who wants to cook, there are thousands of amazing restaurants around, or at your fingertips. But you may want to reheat something later.

Location! Swimming on the rooftop pool with such a view of the Petronas towers…you can’t get a better value. A freezer in the apartment is worth its weight in gold.

When we received our first suite, we were surprised that it consisted of 2 rooms, one of them was a master bedroom which we found inconveinient because the bathroom will be hard to share. When we expressed to the owners they upgraded our suite to another one with 2 bathrooms which made us extremely happy.

The view of the room was stunning, the suite was clean and spacious, and the service provided was excellent. The room was within a 5 minutes walking distance from the twin towers.

Only thing we did'nt like is the location of our room. We were expecting of getting the wonderful view of the petronas tower like shown on the ad. Unfortunately there are other taller building blocking the view.

Breakfast not available but The Dome restaurant does a good breakfast just around the corner at KLCC Park. Beds were very comfortable, but we didn’t understand why the children seemed to have the main bedroom with the large window overlooking the city. The twin beds were in the main room. We spent the week sleeping in a very comfortable bed, but we were squeezed into a small room with no windows & no space even for a bedside table! A little strange.

We booked on the spur of the moment in the hotel foyer as our original hotel cancelled our booking just ten minutes before arriving in KL. Reception staff were friendly & efficient & booking & checking in were very smooth. Superb location, 5min walk to Petronas Towers & KLCC Park & superb shopping mall. Easy spot to reach all main attractions in and around KL. Comfy beds (more on beds later!). A very handy washer/dryer in the room (husband had to google instructions!). Excellent facilities, children welcome. Very relaxing stay.

View was amazing. Apartment was clean and modern. It was perfect for a family with 2 kids. Location is also perfect. 5 min walking to petronas tower. There is a coffee next to the Apartment tower which was perfect for our breakfast in the morning !

we had problems with the Wi-Fi and air conditioner but the reception team quickly fix those by reallocating us to another apartment. special shout out to Bek and Huda from the reception team

we booked two bedrooms, the second bedroom is converted from a study room to a bedroom which is extremely small and windowless. Only one toilet and bathroom which need to be shared by two bedrooms.

Walk distance to KLCC and twin tower. Building and room are very clean and new. free visitor parking in the hotel. excellent facilities include GYM, library, kids playground and pools.

We had absolutely fantastic time in the apartment. It was spotless clean, spacious, well equipped with beautiful views. Both swimming pools in the building were amazing.
