Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

IndiaThe one improvement area I would suggest is that.... 2 of our towels, although clean, were a little wet at check-in. Maybe it didn't dry completely after machine wash by the cleaning staff. We let it dry for a few hours and it was sorted thereafter.
We had a very comfortable stay. The stay was Value for Money. Location was very convenient. MJ was very approachable for all our needs and message response time was swift. They also provided us with an adapter as plug points were different.

The location, rooms were spacious and clean. And fast return of deposit, they were quick to reply and very easy to liase with the Saba suites team. It was Mother’s Day and they even gave us 3 packets of cookies which were very yummy. Hospitable staff 👍🏻 the view was superb too

United StatesThe only reason it is 9/10 is that the shower never got warm, just a little less cold. I don't think this is uncommon in Malaysia, but at the price point I'd have liked a truly hot shower.
I was a little worried about the setup (many companies operate apartments out of this building so the lobby is a bit chaotic) but the staff is so kind and communicative I had nothing to worry about. You get their Whats App and then they are there to help any time you need them! The view from the room is beautiful, and the pool view is as amazing as it looks. Building security does a great job vigilantly monitoring so only people with access come in the pool area so it was never over crowded. Also, having a washing machine when traveling long term in a hot country is so very nice. Very clean, and I love that they have washable covers on the couch to keep it cleaner (even in very nice hotels the couches can get a bit gross, but I felt clean relaxing on this one). Location is perfect, close to the main metro line and monorail.

The location was great - central and easy to walk to many restaurants, Petronas Towers and Jalan Alor street.

MalaysiaOnly had one key and access card to property which was a bit difficult to manage for family of 4. Initially no car park card available so we had to use Touch n Go for first 24hours - expensive but this did get refunded on check out. Food in bar was expensive and we had to send most of it back as it was cold, they did replace it but it was very slow and it was not busy.
Great location, easy to walk to KLCC and surrounding areas, convenient shop close by. Easy check in and out, great to have free parking. Nice rooftop pool and bar.
