This was my third accommodation in KL and it was by far the best. The pool was beautiful with good seating. The unit was a very good size with washer/dryer but the best was the location, just a five minute walk to the Patronas Towers.

Very clean apartment. Well furnished and modern. The best location in Kuala Lumpur. View to twin towers from windows. That’s the best apartment we have ever stayed. Two swimming pools which are very clean.

No dryer to accompany the washing machine. The bed was ok however it's not the most comfortable to sleep in. There were no instructions in how to operate the TV etc had to try to work things out ourselves but never did get the tv working. No assistance from the front desk mainly I guess because it is manned by security who are not interested in assisting guests. Not their job I guess. Wouldn't even assist to call a taxi which we needed help with as our GRAB app wasn't working. Would not recommend it if you are thinking this is a normal hotel situation.

Sometimes you had to wait a long time for the elevator, because at best only 3 of the 6 elevators were running. There is no ventilation in the elevator, it was terribly hot and stuffy, especially when there are many people.

The location is very good, right next to the Petronas Twin Towers. There were several shopping malls and many restaurants nearby. The hotel's pool areas are large and beautiful.

THE POOL with THAT VIEW! Now that is the best view in the area and certainly in the best possible price. It’s overwhelming to sit there, swim and have the twin towers right in front of you. The room was very big and modern, great bed and again, view!! The entrance is from star building n2. The staff was also very nice and accommodating - generally maleysians are super sweet and helpful! Don’t think about it, just book it!

It is cash only payment and a deposit of 200R, on check out day I messaged the guy the day before to tell him we would be leaving early (he replied saying he would see us in the morning) had to ring him, and get the security to ring him before he came down to return our deposit, he did no apologise and was very unfriendly- the only downside to our stay.

The apartment was perfect, so modern and clean. The roof top pool was amazing with the best views.

The communication about check-in/out is poor. I had to message them on the day. It's cash only payment and a MYR200 deposit on arrival. The check-in/out guy was unfriendly. Only 1 key to share for 2 people. Listing said it had a microwave, but didn't.

We were allocated a fantastic one bedroom unit on the 46th floor in Building 2. Excellent location about 5 minutes walk to KLCC and Avenue K mall within 3 minutes. Amazing gym. Great layout and view of the towers from the bedroom. Very comfortable. Lots of nice small touches. Great view from the rooftop.

Don’t expect a warm welcome! This is more an airbnb instead of a hotel! Someone will meet you at the reception, collect the payment and give you the key! He barely speaks english and very limited contact with zero smile and emotion

The apartment is very big and confortable with a good view for the city (not for the Petronas, please pay attention to that when booking). The best thing is the location and the rooftop pool (although the pool is a bit small for this huge building). You also have a supermarket on the street and ATM.

At first they give me room that not as per my booking and the room was total mess, glasses and food was still in the kitchen, bed was in total destruction, toilet also the same. Luckily they change my room to the new one.
