The penthouse need renovation, I saw some cabinets that the wood was spongy because of accumulation of water in that area. Not easy to found even with the instruction that they give you if you use public transport . Via taxi/ grab it is fine.

The condominium complex is super nice, the gym, pool and the view of the city. It have multiple bathrooms so if the one in your room is busy you can always use a other one.The staff super friendly and helpful.

Bed linen seemed old.

The staff were amazing and accommodating. Room was great and had a balcony. The property has amazing views. Location and apartment building was well known to everyone in KL. Safe and secure space.

Staff weren’t that helpful and our room was on top of the reception area and constantly walked out to them playfighting and making a lot of noise. The kitchen by reception always stank of strange food. The bed was probably the most uncomfortable mattress I’ve slept on in all the hostels in SE Asia. The hostel is tiny and felt quite claustrophobic downstairs. Wouldn’t stay again if I could avoid it.

Good location and pool had an amazing view. The cats that live at the hostel are cute.

I had to take a grab every time I wanted to go somewhere.

the view was cool from the terrace The facilities are also good, I could work from the terrace, it was silent, internet was working good. There was privacy in the bed thanks to the curtains.

Pity that the pool is not in the same building as the hostel. Rooms were quite out dated and shabby could do with renovations. I was not told about the rooftop terrace on arrival so was hard to mingle with outs but once I found it, it was nice to meet others.

Rooftop infinity pool has great views and lovely to relax at.

Some guests walk around in their outdoor shoes - most follow the rules but staff don’t enforce. Need more spoons and knives in the kitchen.

Great views and good location with 3 train lines and Grab option too. Hostel can be a bit noisy until early hours if there’s a rooftop social but nothing too bad.

You have a free gym to use, there’s an unbelievable swimming pool on the roof with the best view. There’s multiple restaurants and also a shop within the complex. I’ll be coming back for sure :)

My bed was near the windows and during the night people were partying, which was good, but too noisy to sleep. Also, the cooling system was not good enough 😕.

The location was good and great access to public transport, though taxi is cheap and you can go around the city with reasonable price. It has a gorgeous view of the city, especially the rooftop swimming pool.

The bathrooms could be a bit more renovated and cleaner, so are the furnitures in common area. Organizing some group events could be also a plus.

The bathrooms needed badly renovated. Quiet hours weren’t kept by some of the guests staying there on one of the nights. Location wasn’t too great to get to main attractions either.

There was no wardrobe in the room and we had to put our clothes all over the room, the cleanliness was so and so and the payment policy is rather shady - I was blocked 50 myr on my card and to this day I was not informed whether they were returned to me or not. When I made the booking I was informed I would pay 373 myr and in the end I was charged 433 myr with absolutely no explanation whatsoever. Booking.com also did nothing to clarify this extra charge, which is quite unpleasant considering the difference is about 12 usd.

I liked the quiet location, the view from the swimming pool and from the rooftop terrace and the big windows with great view from our room.

Bed was a little uncomfortable but not unexpected for a hostel, and it certainly didnt stop us from sleeping

Staff were very friendly and the view from our room was ridiculous! We took dozens of photos just from our window, and they honestly stacked up to the view we saw from the petronas towers. And the rooftop pool is amazing of course
