I like almost everything, but the security persons in the lobby were not that friendly. I hope they will understand why it is so important for a business as well as for their job to maintain professionalism no matter what it comes for in their way. .

The parking space was a little dodgy due to the lack of maintenance. The door/ key can be better oiled as it was hard to open and close the door

The apartment was well equipped and nicely furnished. Many basic electrical appliances were provided and well equipped kitchen and toilet.

Room was not cleaned when we checked in at 7pm. Had to call for service and was given a choice between wait for an hour for it to be cleaned or cancel booking. It was too late so we waited for it to be cleaned. The lifts are always crowded and its a long wait. There was a lot of sound/noise from dont know where, maybe water/piping or aircond compressor...not sure. The parking in the building is not very friendly, low ceiling and narrow lanes.

To provide bigger signboard n clearer to find the road to the mansion. This was my first visit. I have to go around 3 times to find the road to the car park. 2. Very challenging to get the key from the letter box

Starbucks and mini markets are located in the same building and it is easy to go and come back from the heritage area.

Unit is well kept, 2 rooms and had everything needed for our stay. Host was helpful and listened to our requests. Late checkout was affordable and possible.

Nearby sea side, can view sun rise by walk across road within 5min. Owner able to resolved house issue within 4 hrs after report through WhatsApp.

The lobby area leading to the suite looks really run down with dirty walls, The lifts were too overloaded, and you'll have to wait a few rounds before you could get into a lift. There was also the loud water pump sound behind the wall of one of the beds, which runs every now and then, so it does disturb your sleep.

Great location, central between the town area and Gurney Drive, both within walking distance. The place is really cozy and very functional with 2 air-conditioning, a large fridge, a microwave, a large screen TV with Androidbox for Netflix connection (byo account), 2 Queen sized beds, an electrical kettle, a machine machine with washing detergent, basic cutlery (cups, plates, spoons and forks) and some other basic ameneties like bathing towels, hand soup, shower body wash and 1 roll of toilet paper for 5 days 4 nights stay. Checking in and out was so simple. Also comes with an allocated parking lot. I would recommend this accommodation.

One lift was broken. Clothes hanger in room was broken. Room was not as attractive as in pictures for example chairs were old and almost broken. No clothes hanger in the bathroom. Checking out was a real challenge as everybody was checking out at the same time and everyone was trying to use the same lift. It was like being in a French comedy with the lift opening at every floor but no one could get on!

Well located near 101 bus service. Rooms were comfortable and it was good to have the use of washing machine. Great view of the sea and the city from 16th floor. It was good to have Netflix.

Carpark very narrow, Mansion one carpark not every level have lift, if u bring the luggage better drop off Lobby entrance bring in, cause carpark only link with bomba lift, u need bring the luggage go with staircase first if the carpark level don't have link the lift

This is just a feedback, not complain but I noticed 1. There are ants in your unit 2. The toilet is leaking, so the toilet floor is always wet 3. The switches are broken It’s just small things but I’m okay with it You might want to consider fixing it so other travelers won’t complain about your unit I hope this helps Thank you, your unit was lovely :)
