Just the sofa cover and cushion covers in the living room could use extra cleaning. There was a blanket covering it so that's a plus but it would be more pleasant to enjoy the space.

The unit is new, it was clean and nicely decorated, the host was polite and welcoming-offered to provide extra water or towels if needed. The place was quiet at night, no noise from the outside. The Lala shopping mall was downstairs and the Berjaya Square Mall was easily available though the walking bridge. The pools were great - especially the one on the 3rd floor, very relaxing. The rooftop pool with the see-through hole was a nice addition :) The gym is also spacious. Great value and cooperative and polite host.

The instructions for access to the carpark could have been clearer. Security is too good that they denied us access to the carpark due to a faulty key card 🤣 Had to trouble the staff to assist us to scan with another card for entry.

Very clean apartment with good view and very quiet environment for a good break away from the rush of the city. Has hot water, clean towels, toiletries and all the basic amenities like microwave, fridge and TV. Overall very satisfying stay. Friendly staff and great security. Has a kitchen with the basic equipment and they even set the table up for you to welcome you.

Car park is a bit hard to find as the numbers were painted on the ground, with some already faded a little

This place is luxurious and everything is well prepared, from toothbrush, soaps, shampoo, dishwasher liquid and even laundry detergent in case u needed it 👍 not to mention lalaport is just righ behind it

lift not function, parking for visitor at the highest floor

everything is perfect just that one of the lift is not function and the parking is way up till the last floor, other than that all is good

Perfect, everything went smooth. second time at Lucentia, and this one from Lalaport Suites, I really recommend! Communication was a pro! Also thank you for the quick response! Room is nice and clean. For me the clean room, gym, 2 swimming pools and the quick walk to shopping centre was the importent reason to stay at Lucentia.

The swimming pool and gym equipment are not clean every day. The room's air conditioning needed servicing. The washing machine needs repair. The shower pressure in the 2nd room is not as powerful as in the master bedroom. Lucentia Residence management should be more serious about the cleanliness of the building.

Very near to Lalaport and Times Square shopping Mall. MRT and Monorail station are nearby walkable. A great big pool with a jacuzzi on the 3A floor. Large and many sofas to relax with a big group of friends. A gym room on the 35th and 4th floor. Rooftop 35th floor with a magnificent view of Petronas twin tower and KL tower from the swimming pool. The swimming pool is open till 10 am. 2 King-size beds with 1 single-folded bed. Good quality pillows. 4 pillows for each room. Fairly well-equipped kitchen. Having a washer and dryer was great and washing powder was provided. Great view from the balcony. A comfy large sofa to watch Netflix. With a 4-seater dining table and an island table for easy cooking. We have a small family coming over for the open house Raya festival.

Kitchen bit less equipped, but there are most things u need. Nevertheless we eat outside the apartment or got some takeaway food, so all in all u don’t need to cook ur one stuff

Very central in KL with closed Metrostation at Shopping Mall. Awesome View von over KL from the apartment and from the rooftop. Perfect for travelling with children Nice small Gym.

Amazing and spacious rooftop swimming pool, it gave us the sense of what we wanted to experience in Kuala Lumpur. Our room was nice and clean. Had a lot of space so as hot shower. Big shopping mall it's just right next to the apartments and access to the metro/train station.

The parking was a quite troublesome and inconvenient to get to due to many sub-levels.

The room was nice, cooling and cozy. Nice to have the kitchen utensils being provided too. And overall pleasant stay!
