Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

NorwayThe gas station located right in front of the hotel is not the nicest view from the outside but obviously not a problem at all as the hotel is easy to find.
You can really notice it's a very newly built hotel because of the lovely attention to detail design-wise on decoration of the room and common areas. The bed was very comfortable to sleep in, and the room is equiped with everything you need (fridge included) including some complementary snacks and cosmetic goods. Wifi was decent and the view from the window was pleasant too. Staff was friendly and helpful. The common areas like the reception lobby and swimming pool are very nice too. The location is very convenient within a short walking distance to the Exchange and Pavillion shopping malls.

GeorgiaThe only thing the hotel lacks is a gym or at least a small room with light equipment for yoga or barre or training with dumbbells and elastic bands. It would also be cool if the coffee shop offered decaffeinated coffee for people with anxiety disorders 😀
The Kloe hotel is simply magnificent: cool design, polite staff, comfortable bed and pillows, high-quality furniture, a very beautiful pool and other interior details. I would also like to mention the coffee shop in the lobby with excellent breakfasts.

SingaporeThe driveway to the hotel entrance was very narrow and very easy to miss. Very good that the hotel staff send me an email prior to arrival giving clear instructions how to locate this small road. I would appreciate little bit more space for my clothes.

U step into the lobby and the vibes is immaculate. Then you are greeted by the warm and friendly receptionist. Went into the room and it was super clean. LOVE IT!!!! would be coming back again in future!!

IndonesiaIn general, everything was fine, but there were difficulties with payment (the terminal at the hotel did not work) and they wanted to ask me to go to the nearest ATM 30 minutes away (remember, this was at 1 o’clock in the morning), in response to requests to leave something as a deposit and decide in the morning The staff did not agree with the problem (it was not pleasant), fortunately for me, the second terminal was able to make the payment, and I was checked in.
Nice boutique hotel, the room is clean, spacious enough for one person (though it would be cramped for two). Very cozy. View from the window onto the street. I was pleased with the late booking, I arrived at 1 am, I was met and checked in.

MaldivesTurn down service is not fully done, we asked for additional shampoos, gels and received a response it is going to be our last according to the number of nights we have booked which is a bit unpleasant to hear for guests. And serving the food takes a little bit longer than how it's supposed to be. Hope they have options for double beds.
I love how tasty the food they serve! Highly recommended! Lovely interior design and very accessible to tourist spot areas.
