It isn't easy to communicate with the host as they rely on agents who cannot speak English properly. They are slow in attending to customer requests. I sent them a repair request for the hot water switch in the main bathroom, but they did not attend to it. With a group of 5 visitors, they only provided one access card. I requested one more access card, but they did not deliver it to us even though they promised to provide one more during the check-in.

The environment is great, and the location is super convenient. The apartment is spacious and fully furnished

It would be better if the tea and coffee were supplied more.

First we stayed in a one bedroom apartment 60 m2 at level 9. The bed was slightly hard but we liked it. There is one saucepan and one wok, some plates, 2 glasses, 2 cups and cutlery. There is no room cleaning but you can call the host for extra coffee supply when it ran out. The washing machine was broken so we couldn’t wash our clothes in the 1st 2 nights. We were moved to a King bedroom suite which is a much a newer and better room. This room has the beautiful view of the tween towers. We were suppled with 2 towels and no face towels. The shower was very good. The location of the property is very good with a short walk to the twin towers and 1/2 hr walk to the Pavilion. Overall stay was comfortable. The pools on lever 88 ha beautiful view, the water was very clean.

The internet speed was very poor and they did not fix it. Was actually getting only around 800 kbps speed. This is probably a problem only in this room. Stayed in a different room in the same property a week later, there it was 50 Mbps.

We had an excellent stay in this apartment! The manager guided us perfectly for a smooth arrival.The apartment was spotlessly clean and tidy, with an amazing view of the adjacent towers. The sheets and beds were clean and comfortable, and the wifi was fast. Additionally, the kitchen set was complete, which was very convenient. The icing on the cake was the pool, offering an incredible view of the Twin Towers, just like in the photos. We highly recommend this place for a stay in Kuala Lumpur!

The location is perfect. It takes around 5 minutes to go to KLCC. A Starbucks is across the road and a Chinese market is next to the residence. The apartment is quite spacious, and the bed is enormous. I had a great view of Petronas from my bed. The staff was easy to communicate with and were helpful.
