1) after successfully booking then only we know about the fee if want to use swimming pool. Inconvenience to pay the entrance fee because we need to go to the lobby first to purchase the ticket then only go to the swimming pool. 2) parking card sometimes take time for the sensor to detect.

The rooftop infinity pool must be booked and paid for at reception for 20MYR. In case of rain the pool will be closed and you will not be allowed to return to enjoy the pool afterwards. It's a shame if you just got to the pool and it starts to rain afterwards.

About 800m from the metro station, quiet, clean, comfortable. Enthusiastic staff, security guards on duty. We decided to stay 3 more days with another booking. Free swimming pool on the 8th floor. Beautiful view from the bedroom. The room is fully equipped with washing machine, dryer, kettel, dishes, iron and of course fully equipped shampoo and shower gel. Toilet paper and trash bags are provided every day.

there wasn't any cups to have tea/coffee - although they did provide sachets to have tea and coffee.

Stayed here for one night before meeting friends on holiday Clean room, bathroom, living area - great facilities Liked how they have spa and shop below and although I didn't have time to go swimming, it's great that they have these pools.

I have send email / message to remind for towel and drinking bottled water. When reached the property. Not a single towel or bottled water are being placed in room But once feedback at counter. Immediately the above was done. (Service level on recovery is great) Appreciated the lady at counter that acted promptly At level 1 living hall no dustbin, level 2 master room also no dustbin. Need to improve and provide Overall is great stay

This unit is great with well completed with nice furniture. But water dispenser “Not working” hot water / cold water is Not working - can not dispense

Had a smell coming from the toilet drain, needs extra hangers, ironing board, maybe some coat hooks? Maybe make guest aware they pay for rooftop pool, and no towels on occasion. Would like to have been able to take some water or a drink to the pool. Lots of staff on mobiles

The upstairs bathroom door was broken and transparent. Also a bit of dust and the alarm rang late night when we opened the door despite using correct code. Maybe got curfew

The iconic twin towers ate not visible from the common/free swimming pool.

It’s clean and well maintained property. Well behaved and helpful staff members. Relaxed and comfortable stay at the property. Kitchen was clean and hygienic. Bathrooms were spacious and spotless. Value for money. A lot of tourist attractions are nearby, 5-20 minutes drive away.

Besides the pool there was nothing else on location for adults to do, no restaurants/cafe, viewing deck not accessible, sauna on the 8th floor looks like a basement. Stove did not work nor was there any cooking utensils so probably no cooking allowed except for microwave friendly food.

Hi, this is my second time booking the Tiffany with Bathtub room. This time I was assigned to house 10-01. However, it seems that the apartment is not being well maintained. The curtains were off the rail, there was no sofa cover, and the toilet bowl was loose. Additionally, the toilet door cannot be closed properly. The air conditioner takes too long to cool the room. Overall, it's still a good place for a short getaway, but I hope the property will be better maintained in the future.

This is my second visit here. The location is strategic, making it an excellent choice for a short getaway with your partner. The view is impressive, the bed is comfortable, and it offers great value for money.

Having to wait until 8am to speak to the team when we first arrived. Lobby didn’t have AC or fans so was not comfortable. There were also the broken bathroom doors too.

View was beautiful, nicely laid out with extremely good service. Hafiy in particular was great and offered the most help.

Not recommended for heavy smokers. Please bring suitable clothes if you intend to go to the swimming pool, Additional requests are not met such as baby cots. so frustrating.
