Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

TunisiaThe pool on the 48th floor with the view on petronas towers and Menara tower was with extra fees (30 Malaysian Ringgit per person) , the other pool (8th floor) was free, with city view which was nice but you can’t see twin towers or Menara tower from there

Czech RepublicReally bad accessibility when you are travelling by public transport. You have to pay extra fee for the infinity pool.
Based on other reviews I was little bit afraid of bad wi-fi, not working A/C or complicated check-in but none of those were true in my case. Everything without any problems. Room had washing machine with integrated dryer which was very useful.

Finland- The Internet connection is completely useless. Staff tried to fix it at first, but started ignoring the issue after a few days. If you’ve got work to do and it requires any connectivity, this is not a place for you. - The door is not soundproof and because the entry is shared with another room, a lot of noise can come through depending on how considerate your neighbours are. - The center is not far, but the connecting road is so congested in the evening that it takes a long time to get there and back. - The elevators had some issues and the keycard to use it doesn't work very well. - The "smart" TV had issues.
+ The view is nice from the upper floors. + There is plenty of space to unload your luggage. + The room is quite clean and the cleaning staff were polite. + Shower water pressure is good and there is enough hot water to take a couple showers. + There are wall sockets that support EU-plugs directly, didn’t need an adapter. + Has a washing machine and some kitchen applicances.

It will be better if you mentioned the availability by email to the customer prior to their stay, so we can prepare. Otherwise, all were good!

IndonesiaThe receptionist is very bad at serving guests. They let people wait from morning until 3 o'clock. Without small talk with bad expressions. There is no place to eat around. The location is far from public transportation. To the pool above, you still have to pay. Very incompatible with the price we pay. I will not come back here.

IndonesiaThe location is not so near the LRT station so Grab is the way to go. Not really a problem on my side though but if you're looking to walk to the station then it's not really suitable.
The amenities are a plus. Can easily heat up foods and wash the clothes. The bed is fine. The view is amazing because it faces twin towers so it's cool when it's lit up at night.

The view from the room is amazing. The staff was super great as they arrange the baby bed. Location is also great and near to get everywere with the Grab. Bed was huge but noisy.

PhilippinesOur cinematic loft is not that soundproof. You can hear objects moving from the other unit. Also the door of the single room in our unit needs to be repaired because it bangs due to air coming in between the space of the door when you enter the room next to it. The person who stayed there wasn’t able to sleep properly.
We booked a total of 3 units here and all are great! Very spacious and we got it an affordable price. The view is really nice from our cinematic loft. It is overlooking the KLCC.

stayed here four times already in the span of a year. v clean, comfy, great location, easy access. there’s a 24 convenient store at the lobby so if anything u just can buy there, i’m a local and live half an hour from KL whenever i need a 1 day getaway, i end up choosing expressionz again, it’s a more affordable option compared to a few other stays with the same vibe. love it!! def coming here again🥺💗💗💗

AustraliaHad to contact the host as we had issues with the initial apartment. Dirty bathroom, incorrect size linen and bed covering, faulty fridge with the door wouldn't stay closed. Had to contact the host Nasreen via whatsapp and request urgent remedy. To her credit I was advised to go to the front counter and pick up a key to a different apartment. the replacement apartment was much much better and no issues during our 5 days of stay. Nurul
