Some of the furniture in the room was a bit run down, and toilette and shower doora were a bit clunky and wobbly.

Infinity pool, size of the room and food in the restaurant were quite delightful.

Check in Reception was not friendly, the way they insisted on guest ID and also the cash deposit. Made us feel very unwelcome. But we managed to put that unpleasant moment behind us.

Be prepared that the hotel is quite remote: it's harder to find a grab, no possibilities to go to another restaurant ect. The restaurant menu is the only thing we found a bit dissapointing: lots of western food (pasta's, burger, sandwiches etc.). We would have liked a more local cuisine.

The staff is so friendly. My partner was ill when we stayed here, and they took such good care of us. The hotel is beautiful, especially the pool area is very nice. The rooms are very spacious and we really enjoyed the terrace in our garden room.

The saltwater pool was closed due to cleaning which was not announced and was a huge pity to us. Also, the first room we got was next to the generator, which you should avoid to take and wouldn’t not have been worth the price.

A nice a stylish stay in a natural surrounding. After complaining about our first room, we got a free upgrade, which was great and spacious with ocean view. The dinner and breakfast was indeed very good and the staff very friendly. We would come again!

Quality of the food was average. For breakfast only the big breakfast option was good. The laksa and cove Benedict were underwhelming. Service at pool bar needs improvement. Didn’t have cocktails when we tried to order at 530pm.

Service was generally attentive and friendly except for the pool bar. Appreciated that they helped arrange for local tours and allowed us to make changes. Also for helping to prepare early take away breakfast at 6am for our tour.

Location can be a bit far off from city area, about 30mins drive so if you plan to eat out might have to drive out abit. Not much eateries around the hotel except for seafood restaurants. Breakfast you can only order one set, additional set have to top up and pay - the portion was sufficient for us but for big eaters might need to order more. Our balcony suite was on level 2, there is no lift so for families with children, pram and huge luggage might want to take rooms on the lower level or the garden villa

Rooms were big, perfect for families. We stayed at the balcony suite and we could see the sea and sunrise. The pool was clean and had a good view. Breakfast was made to order, it was delicious. The staff were friendly and attending, and responsive. Cove 55 was clean and designed aesthetically.

THE ROOM!. needless to further explain. If money is not an issue, plz try out the villa. Perfect gateway for leisure. Ensure to maximize utilize the room to mingle around with family member or friends and not forgetting the best water pressure for a good hot shower. Looking forward to go there again very soon.

Entrance is too dark at night. Difficult to see the entrance at night.

The location is having stunning sea view. Staffs very welcoming. Having limited number of rooms and villas which making the environment serene much. Not much noise. The room design is quite unique.
