No closet in room. Pool open until 22.30 only. Wanted to charge us extra for 2 more towels. Which is ridiculous because we did not request room cleanung during our stay at all and basically only wanted to change the towels. This was granted us only after arguing. Water was orange for 2 days. They should definetly take care of the area behind the resort (on the way to the "private" beach & the beach itself).. It is full of (plastic) waste. Although this does not officially belong to the resort anymore, guest experience is impacted by that and it is disrespectful to the environment.

Nice layout, pool, enviromment. Big clean windows to jungle. Quiet cheap even for Malaysia. Food until 22.30. Very nice Piña Colada at the bar.

Only ; 1. No tv in the rooms but it's good as we are made to play in the pool and we enjoyed it. Morning after breakfast, after lunch after dinner.🤣 2. The location is abit far from Cenang area but there's Grab.

The place was amazing. Far from the buzz of city life & noises. You can basically become dear with the silence except for the sound of the insects & animals which is a good change from city life. Place was clean. Staff were very nice & accommodating to our requests. Breakfast was ok with me as I'm not a fussy human.

Too far away from locals. It is high up on the hill so not easily accessible if no transport or for elderly. However, Grab can easily rectifird this.

Room is adequate and comfortable. Not too good for elderly especially if they are unable to climb stairs.

Stain on blanket and bathmat due to drink spill and also a little blood stain on towel and pillow case cause by wound but a normal wash can clear all the stain but resort mention when they send to laundry they will charge and cost RM250 in total. We refuse since the charge is too high and wash by ourself at self service laundry with just normal wash and dry which cost RM15 only, save nearly 93%. Agree is our mistake spill drink and blood is something we can’t avoid, ready to pay for the wash but not this high charges.

Very comfortable bed & pillows, clean & fresh room, always nice smiling staffs. Good breakfast and restaurant (food and cocktails was really good). On Sunday evening was live music. Original swimming pool. Strongly recommended take cocktail and enjoy it close to swimming pool 😜

The property is far from Cenang where most activities happen hence have to get a cab ride for almost 40 min to experience other activities but overall great value for money.

Beautiful pool surrounded by cabins. The kitchen staff was amazing and patient with us even when we were late for breakfast/ to order drinks.

There is no shower curtain in the bathroom so the toilet & half the bathroom end up soaked. There is a curtain instead of a door on the bathroom, which doesn’t lend to a ton of privacy. In addition, the curtain can’t be held back to allow airflow into the bathroom to help things dry out post shower. The breakfast wasn’t great. Not too many options. The hotel is also pretty far out of the way, but the hotel does rent scooters to help with that.

Super clean hotel. Not too many rooms so it’s also not extremely crowded, which is nice. The beds were heaven. So comfy and soft. The pool is beautiful and very clean with plenty of seating around.

Location isn't amazing, but renting a motorbike or car, or hiring a grab is easy so this isn't a problem. The rooms were listed as soundproof, but definitely aren't. The bathroom doesn't have a door, rather it has a curtain dividing it. This is a little weird and affects privacy

The pool was beautiful, amazing place to chill. They bring your food there too so you can eat by it. The rooms are very nice and comfortable, quite large too. The staff are super helpful and friendly. The bed was very comfortable, and it was nice to have the curtains to bring in natural light, if we wanted to. Very good value for money.

The room was lovely and it was perfect for a single person. But it would’ve been nice if the air-conditioning was facing the bed instead of the dressing area because it was very hot during March so it took time for the room to cool down before the air-conditioning ventilation actually reached the person lying down on the bed.

I loved the exterior and interior designs of the property. I loved that rooms were overlooking a huge round pool which was a beautiful site. The first thing when you wake up every morning. I like that it’s kind of secluded and away from the village areas. I also liked that the hotel provided a head to toe wash at the public shower place where guests can shower before entering the pool. another noteworthy thing is that they provided a welcome drink and there’s also a weighing machine to check the weight of your luggage before you’re heading to the airport.
