Staff at reception are not very helpful and proactive to make things comfortable or easy for the guest. I arrived at 0940 but couldn’t check in till 3.

I love the location for the quick transit. Facility is clean and spacious with all the amenities one may need to unwind.

The location is a bit isolated as it is not conducive to walking to nearby shops, but that's OK for a short stay.

We had a 16+ hour stopover in KLIA. The hotel is a short taxi ride away and has everything you need for this purpose. Food and breakfast were good. The giant pool is fantastic. The free shuttle bus back to the airport is a nice bonus.

-No real shuttle from the airport to the hotel. They have a shuttle every 3 hours which is pretty much useless. They shouldn’t advertise that they have a shuttle if they aren’t providing the service on a 30/60 minutes basis. -Long wait to check in -Room was hot as hell when we got in. I don’t understand why they do not preemptively turn on the AC when they know guests are going to stay in the room.

The hotel staff did not answer the phone to ask about the shuttle bus to the airport. I waited for the bus for a long time and finally decided to take grab to the hotel. when asked they answered busy.

Breakfast selection isn't up to my expectations, poor choice and overall off mediocre quality. Same goes to a la carte selection, very small and of mediocre quality.

I stayed only one night for a visa run, so the location near the airport was just perfect. The staff is more than just courteous, they consistently go above and beyond for your satisfaction. Room is nice and well appointed, I would prefer harder pillows but I could take a good night of sleep anyway. Free wifi access throughout the whole property is reasonably fast and reliable. Despite having low signal in the room, I could still stream a movie with no problems.

This was a very brief stay overnight between flights. Arrived late (11pm) and checked out early (5:30 am). Check in and check out were very quick and a shuttle bus made everything easy and maximised my sleep time.

Thin walls between between neighbouring rooms and loud passage doors. Tough to sleep. Did not like the plastic thin partitions in the bathrooms.

Spacious design of the property. Pool restaurant and spa facilities were incredible and surprising. Linen and amenities in the bedroom. Best airport and Sepang race track hotel. Will return.

We had a 24hr layover in KL and this was perfect! Close to the airport for an easy taxi there post landing and the shuttle bus back in the morning was great. We weren't able to check in much earlier than check in time, however, we were able to lounge by the pool, swim, have lunch and use the gym. Great facilities and the option to book in a massage if you're organised. Great room and shower and friendly, helpful staff.

Gardens we’re unkemp and there is the potential to greatly improve the ambience by planting and maintaining a tropical garden here.

Great hotel for a quick stopover. Out of the hustle and bustle and very peaceful. Great outdoor pool!!!
