Location is great and only 8 minutes walk to PETRONAS towers. Apartment was spacious, clean and complex has all good facilities like swimming pool, restaurant etc

Very POOR internet service. Wifi signal very far, sometimes connected sometimes disconnected. Wifi very slow, watching netflix, wifi disconnected.

There was a strong smell coming from the bathroom. When we arrived at the property, we found out that we have to pay more. On booking it did in fact exist a very small paragraph stating that “there may be other costs”… well, there actually were like 50$ other costs.. besides this extra charge who no one informed us in advance, you have to pay a deposit, 100 MYR. However, I still think it’s good value for money, it’s just annoying that there are hidden costs; more transparency would be nice :)

Location is great, it’s the number one thing to mention - you can see the Petronas Towers from the bed 😄 a shopping mall and subway are located 5 min away. The building offers some important facilities - access to gym, restaurants, big pool at the 6th floor and rooftop pool. The apartment was spacious, well equipped, clean and the bed was comfortable.

A Family-Friendly Gem in Kuala Lumpur + The room was spacious, spotless, and packed with traveler essentials like complimentary Wi-Fi, a full kitchen, and even a washing machine, perfect for longer stays. What makes this hotel special, especially for families, is its great facilities. My kids loved the playground and three swimming pools (2 rooftop pools and 1 main pool at the middle of building). Watching them have fun was a delight during our stay. It's within walking distance to KLCC & Saloma Bridge, LRT station and shopping mall (Avenue K & Suria KLCC). The check in & check out process was smooth but make sure prepare cash for payment process. The host Mr Mohammad mithu and his team was incredibly welcoming and ensured our stay was hassle-free. Highly recommend for families seeking a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Kuala Lumpur.

Amazing views of KLCC twin towers from our room on floor 30 and the top floor. Decent size apartment. Minor issue was the lifts can get very busy, however it was expected with the size of the building. Check-in was easy.

Nothing really. There was a weird smell in the bathroom the first day, but that was promptly taken care of by the above mentioned host after reporting it.

This property lived up to its name. The location is awesome. It’s truly at walking distance to the Avenue K mall, which is connected to the KLCC station, which is connected to Suria Mall, which is connected to KLCC Park etc. And to be able to see one of the Petronas Towers, even though we weren’t supposed to, was a big bonus! The apartment itself is spacious enough. Having two separate bedrooms is awesome with children. The furnishing was nice as well. We have stayed at serviced apartments that just had the bare minimum of the cheapest IKEA stuff. They clearly didn’t want that here. Having a host is also something we haven’t seen before in a serviced apartment. They even changed the towels and gave us new bottles of water every day.

There is no shelter between tower 1 and tower 2. We caught in the heavy rain when we tried to access from tower 1 to tower 2.

Perfect location. Walking distance to K Avenue and Twin Tower. 99 Alva restaurant is just the next building.Nice pools, although we did not use the swimming pool. Good view.

Nothing much except I wish there's a Cable channelled and few pots and frying pan or Bowls because there's only 2 pair since is service apartment since we are families in this case just emagine when you're short dishes but again we on holiday we don't need to cook just Breakfast in the apartment. Otherwise is conveniently place to see Malaysia.
