Very near to trx and walking distance to lot 10 & pavilion

ONE THAT UPSET ME IS THERE ARE NO PARKING SPACE FOR THE CUSTOMERS BUT LUCKILY THERE IS PRIVATE PARKING SPACE JUST BEHIND THE HOTEL. THE RISK IS CUSTOMER NEED TO STOP BY THE ROAD TO DROP OFF LUGGAGE. MAYBE HOTEL REPS SHOULD HELP LOOK AFTER THE TRAFFIC OR HELP CUSTOMER TO OFFLOAD BAGS FROM THE CAR. ITS QUITE DANGEROUS FOR THOSE WHO HAVE SMALL KIDS IF THEY DROP THEM BY THE ROAD. ALSO THE ROOM A BIT SMELLY NEED TO SPRAY AIR FRESHNER AFTER HOUSE KEEPING TO MAKE NEXT CUSTOMER COMFORT.

THE PURPOSE WAS TO SPEND TIME WITH FAMILY & EXPLORE NEW PLACE & FOOD HUNTING. WANT TO AVOID TRAFFIC JAMM, MY DECISION TO STAYCATION IN AMAN HOTEL WAS VERY WORTH IT BECAUSE JUST CROSS THE ROAD TO REACH TUN RAZAK EXCHANGE (TRX). ALSO HAVE FEW OTHER MALL / CONVENIENCE SHOP NEARBY. WOULD LIKE STAY AGAIN HERE NEXT TIME. NEVERTHELES NEED EXTRA CAREFULL WHEN TO CROSS THE ROAD, BECAUSE NO ZEBRA CROSSING / TRAFFIC LIGHT CROSSING (JUNIOR SUITE)..OPSS THERE'S MORE..THE MATRESS, PILLOW & AIR COND WAS AWSOME!

Only 1 night ,they forgot clean my room and when arrive at 9pm ,i need asking towel and my room still messy.

Location near bukit bintang , and TRX , easy transportation with LRT going everywhere. Easy to find resto , hawker , laundry .

Limited parking. Had to pay extra for external paid parking. RM18/day

Location, room size is small but comfortable, customer service is good especially the security team.

The room is not soundproofing as we can hear people walking and talking from outside the room and neighbour's room.

The hotel location was perfect in between the TRX Exchange n Pavilion area. The ambience of the hotel and surrounding area was calming.

Construction is going on just next to the hotel. Wifi didn’t work great.

It was super near to TRX mall only few mins walking distance. Pavilion was about 10mins walk away. Near to many eateries

Limited and narrow free parking. Paid parking is at opposite street.

Comfortable, clean and spacious room. Staffs are very kind and friendly. Snack vending machine is available at lobby. Walking distance to restaurants.

The lift didn't require a room card to access, so non-guests can access the upper floors where the hotel rooms are. That didn't feel quite safe, but my stay was quiet and I didn't encounter any suspicious persons so it didn't bother me too much.

The location was convenient, although it's by the roadside so not very walkable. It's easy enough to grab there. The hotel lobby is a bit dated but the rooms are clean and look quite new. The water pressure and heater in the bathroom worked excellently well.

Unfortunately, they forgot to do room cleaning even after putting a sign which was disappointing to see after getting back.

The location was the best part. It's between TRX and Pavilion.

The hotel exceeded my expectations! The location is prime, the room is clean and the staff and security are helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking to stay near the TRX.

The name board.. instead of hotel aman, it read Hot man, due to lighting problem. There is also a window in the shower area, i don't know if anyone can see through but a bit scary also. The toilet also got brownish and green stains, so cleanliness of bathroom is bad.

There is a vending machine on ground floor. The room was comfortable, near to trx. Staff was friendly too.

Well, I know it’s basically nothing to do with a hotel itself, but it’s zero soundproof in the rooms. Had neighbors, who decided to have some very loud horizontal fun at 3 am at Sunday night( which is not the crime, but😅), so it was like they did it in my bed. Was very intense especially in case of early morning flight)

It’s very nice hotel with a super convenient location just next door to Pavilion mall, Bukit Bintang station and tons of restaurants and cafes. Room is clean and comfortable, shower and AC works great. They provide 24 hours check in service, which is amazing if you have a late evening flight. I had a Deluxe room with a window, so was nice to wake up with a view. And they do have kettle and tab with drinking, so can do your coffee in the morning
