One of the windows in the living room did not seal completely, letting in a bit of city noise, not a big deal on the 40th floor.

40th floor with stunning view of the Petronas towers (see photo), quiet at night. The suite was large and very clean, housekeeping carried out daily. Good selection of toiletries, complimentary (reverse osmosis!) water provided every day. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Staff should be more detailed in their briefing about the restaurant on 46th floor which is on one tower and access from the other tower is not obvious. Bathroom needs more surfaces to place items like toilet bags and hooks to hang clothes and towels while showering. There was a stench coming from the toilet, especially early morning.

Very strategically located, in a secure location, best Suria KLCC and other shopping malls. Spacious apartment with good views. Staff are helpful.

I can't tell that i didn't like something, but if it is a question to improve - breakfast had very few options for vegetarians.

The room was absolutely comfortable, clean and had everything we needed including iron, washing machine, fan and all "bath things". Location is great, 5-10 minutes' walk to Petronas, swimming pool is great, wi-fi worked well.

We were charged 8% tax upon checkin even though this was not mentioned by booking.com - I think this is an error - or should have been listed in our booking details as hotel rate (plus 8% tax) like it does when we book with booking.com to go to the USA. So be aware of booking.com deceiving you.

Fabulous hospitality. 50 meter pool - great for lap swimming Fabulous views of the twin powers from our KLCC view suite. Suite well equipped with washing machine. Buggy to go up and down the hill - although we like walking, our son likes his trips on the buggy.

Very clean and away from the hustle and bustle of KL but also at the doorstep of the petronas.. loved the location! Staff were very hospitable also, our room attendant also left us a very cute note which no one ever has else anywhere else we’ve stayed which was defo a nice touch! Room was very clean very big and definitely value for money! Cannot fault it!

The suite was pretty and comfortable but the sofa was wet. Mold/ water leak i perhaps. Sofa was stained as well.

Breakfast spread was less Requested for check in 1 hour before was refused which most hotels offer. Was denied free drop because of being 2 minutes late for 4p.m drop to klcc reached at 3:48 instead of 3:45 it was clearly ridiculous. No room service after 10.p.m

The only issue was the up hill and down hill, but apart from that everything was perfect. I would stay here again.

The service was amazing. Suriya took great care of us and our housekeeper Robin was amazing and cleaned our room everyday and kept it neat and tidy everyday and we got everything we asked for.

Location is the best. With a good view of the Petronas twin tower which in fact is within a 10 min walking distance. They also have e scooters by beam which is very convenient to use for short distances Breakfast spread was good

Way to much hills if you plan to walk from the main road, no convenience store but it’s ok for short stay
