We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

It looks and feels like a resort placed inside the town. Included breakfast adds the value. Good choice and good service. Free beer at the reception at night is a great welcoming gesture. Love it.

MexicoOne negative thing though, I could not regulate the temperature of the room AC, so it was either quite warm, ot too cold in the room, using the ON / Off switch for the AC. The TV could be a trifle larger.
The breakfast, included in the room price, which is not common in Mecico, was good, especially the coffee. Reception is always manned, no recepcionist sleeping in a back room. Very friendly recepcionists

Abkhazia, GeorgiaI booked and paid my room through and app. When I arrived to the hotel they told me they had no rooms. They were full from people attending a soccer tournament. I got scared and thought I would have to restart my search for a room. It was the weekend so the there was people at the pool having a cook out and drinking. They were very loud. This went on pass 1:00 am. The hotel fail to enforce the pool hours. The receptionist was very upset but that didn't help us to get out sleep. The a/c unit was very loud and room 331 has no thermostat but only a switch to turn the unit on and off. Nothing to regulate the temperature. The unit would come on for 20 minutes where we would go to sleep and then go off for about an hour where we would wake up. Maintenance was sent at 3:30 am and confirmed the unit was bad and suggested for us to be moved at that time. No way I was picking up all my things and moving at that time. The shower soap tray was full of rust, old and broken. I really believe they sold our room and put us in a condemned room no to loose their sell. Maybe they have awesome rooms. I'm not sure but the room they put us in was very disappointing. You can't rest late in the morning, as the noise of the busses and trucks from the main avenues 1 and 11 is very loud.
Great view to have breakfast at the restaurant. The gardens and pool are beautiful. The front lobby and restaurant are very nice.
