The breakfast was crowded with many people from outside the hotel, you don't expect it in this kind of places to have to wait for a table.

The location, the facilities and the breakfast were really good. The barman was great, he prepared for us really good cocktails.

The hotel is new, but organization as well. Management needs improvement. Waiters and staff are very friendly and the chef seems to be great. But to wait for a breakfast or food more than 1h is unacceptable in a 250€- place. (Same experience in 5 days!!). The nice outside pool should be not restricted to use morning and evening.

So many things to like about this hotel. The staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. The hotel facilties, cleanliness, decor were first rate. The location cannot be faulted. The bedrooms are of a good size (although would benefit from in room tea & coffee provision) with an extremely comfortable bed and a fantastic shower. The restaurant menu was good and the food quality outstanding. May seem strange to say this about a hotel in Mexico but the pizzas were outstanding! Could perhaps do with a few more regional dishes on the menu.

Two negative points: firstly, service in the restaurant was generally good but on occasion was haphazard, patchy and slow. Secondly the reception / lounge area has this strange, tuneless "muzak" playing continuously. I found it intrusive and irritating and detracted greatly from what was a comfortable lounge area.

There was a stain on the sheets of one of the beds that was there on arrival but I didn’t see it until I laid down. I slept in the other bed but left those stains uncovered for the cleaning staff to see expecting the sheets to be changed but when I returned the bed was made up again with the stains left in place but covered up again. At that point I felt that I might be sleeping in someone else’s bed. I asked the cleaning staff for coffee for the coffeemaker but none was put into my room. Breakfast was a disaster. The coffee was awful and there was no cream. Only Coffee Mate. Major hotel line with elevated charges, not the service one expects. The menu choice I took was the Regiomontano breakfast that had small bean and avocado offerings. The taste of the food was not good as one would expect from the Marriott company. Very disappointed. I have included a picture of the bed stain, the in room coffee selection and of the generous breakfast in this survey.

There was too much noise at night, a large group of party goers were also staying in the same floor. I respect other people have fun, however noise was so loud across hallways and within the hotel rooms at 3am that our kids had a hard time sleeping. I called reception to complain however they were not able to find a solution. I was really not expecting such a bad sleeping experience in this hotel.

Service is horrible. Didn't bring to the room champagne that I pre ordered, didn't ask for a deposit at check in and were chingando until 11pm to go downstairs to pay, because their terminal didn't work, blocked the card meanwhile and they only have one wine opener in the whole hotel, so couldn't even open wine which we ordered at our convenience. Oh and mini bar was empty, so couldn't even grab a drink.

Rooms are new and clean. Thought through and very modern.
