Weak wifi in room #10. The hot water for free tea/ coffee is not hot enough to make tea.

Excellent location!!!! I booked for one night and ended up staying for three!!!! Room #10 has a great balcony!!!! Monica and Sebastian (at reception) are friendly and helpful.

There is a nice place to stay out with some chairs but people take it as a smoking area which makes it uncomfortable

The location was perfect, the staff was very nice, useful and friendly. The beach is about 5min walking. Holbox is a very nice place, I highly recommend it.

During check in personel recommended us the restaurant next to the hotel (on the right from the entrance) with 10% discount and the best kitchen. But unfortunately we didnt get any discount (personel told us that prices are small enough. Actualy these werent) and food wasnt good at all. We had different food (grilled octopus, octopus tacos, burgers and tacos). Its not about the hotel but hotels recomendation.

The hotel is supergood with great location. The staff was friendly and helpful, specially Sebastian. The hotel offers tea and coffe free of charge.

The description said there was a terrace, but in reality it was just a wooden walkway connecting the rooms, not a place to spend time at (some other rooms did have a proper terrace/balcony)

Overall a cosy place to spend a few days. Communicative staff, very central location.

The room is rather small. This wouldn't normally be an issue, but it rained for a couple of days while we were there and we had to stay inside most of the time. There could be better shared facilities for these cases, instead, the shared space at the hotel was uncovered, so useless under the rain. There is an annoying 5% fee when paying with card which we didn't have in the other properties we visited in the Yucatan peninsula.

The location of the property is great. Right next to some good restaurants and bars and the beach is around the corner. Overall good value for money. The staff like Sebastian at the reception is very kind and helpful.

I struggled a bit with the noise from the streets even with ear plugs which made it hard to sleep. The wifi was also really hit and miss as to whether it would work.

A beautiful and quiet place in holbox. The rooms are well equipped with AC, fridge, hot water and are very clean. The beds are comfortable and the Casa is cosy. The coffee and tea, which is available throughout the day, is also great. The owners are also very helpful and welcoming.

Can get a bit noisy - nothing that earplugs would not fix. Price for the central location and wooden huts :) it would be nice to have more cupboards or tables in the room.

Great location, 10 mins walk from the ferry, 3 minutes from the beach. Overall the location is great! Clean rooms and very nice staff, good communication in English. OK to pay by card.

Location was perfect and all the restaurants were very close. In this hotel customer service was one of the best what I've seen. Sebastian and Hector are so positive and friendly to all customers. They helped us a lot. Highly recommend!
