The only thing I did not like is the was a smell of humidity in the room.

The food wasn't good at all!.. room service took a while but it's understandable. But the food was a 1 out of 10.. you are better off ordering uber eats!

I didn’t like the staff that was at the reception when we arrived. They young guys were very dry and never even shared a smile. The card keys were always deactivated and had to keep going back and forth to the front desk which was super inconvenient at times. The shower in the room I got, had the plumbing backwards… in other words, I had to turn on the ‘cold’ knob for hot water and the ‘hot’ for cold. It was terrible the first time because I thought I would never have hot water while I was in the shower at 11pm and tired… how was I supposed to know it was switched! Then in the process, I found out all the phone buttons for the hotel room phone do not work. I had to use my own phone to call reception. After contacting them they finally informed me how to use the working buttons on the phone. The shuttle buses to and from the athletic stadium was a hassle and did not appreciate having to worry about arriving on time when it was said we were guaranteed shuttle rides. I learned that other guests could have priority. Then they also made it an issue to get a ride to the ciudad Juárez airport, even though it was promised as part of my stay. The room furniture and comforter had stains and the bathroom was missing some finishing touches to the Reno work that was done.

The location as in proximity to the port of entry to El Paso. In addition, it’s across the street from a shopping plaza with supermarket and pharmacy and 2 extra restaurant options other than the one in the hotel. I also really like the architecture of the hotel with an open air atrium and the pool, hot tub also in the middle with ample outdoor furniture and the small gym that did the trick during my stay. I also liked how all the hotel room wrapped around the open air with the balconies. The restaurant was nice and reasonably priced.

the rooms looked clean at surface level but there was hair everywhere, on the floor, in the sink, in the shower. the walls were dirty, and we saw a roach the size of the palm of your hand in the front lobby. a roach also crawled through the bottom of our room door. the so called smart tv in our room was only good to watch local tv

The grounds had some trash scattered about and the restaurant's quality of food could be improved (my husband had an upset stomach after eating dinner one evening). The salad was pitiful...lettuce wilted/brown and it didn't come as described on the menu (I had to send it back and ordered a cheese quesadilla). The pool water could also be cleaner (we didn't dunk our heads) and the bottom was dirty with sand.

A working AC and the amenities it offered. The gym was decent for a hotel (all the equipment worked) and the temperature of the pool was just right for the over 100-degree weather!

When sweeping the floors, to do a better job. I found long pieces of hair behind the bathroom door when we checked in. Nothing big to worry about, just bringing this to your attention.

Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast buffet was good, there was no coffee due to broken coffee machine, so that takes away from getting a 100.

The bathroom door did not close, handle appeared to be broken. Lots of water spilled from the shower. No bags on the trash cans.

Only stayed one night however the property is very pretty and modern. Dinner and drinks were good, with friendly staff. Our view was great, right in front of the pool. Beds were extremely comfortable.
