That I couldn’t secure a first floor,… I travel with my parents and they are in their 80’s so taking the stairs was a labor. And the towels, I didn’t like the towels

The hotel was beautifully decorated with charming details here and there. I looove that it was relaxing, without noise (you can’t do anything about events outside the hotel, like the international women’s day march, that had music late at night,… but even so, it wasn’t bothersome. No small children’s or pets allowed. The breakfast was good and the coffee exquisite….. I want the mattress brand… I felt so rested in that bed.

We asked the hotel staff to order us a Taxi to go to the airport. The Taxi that came did NOT have AC, it was plus 30C that afternoon. The car was also very dirty inside.

Edith, the receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is gorgeously designed and decorated. Our room in the courtyard was clean, comfortable, quiet, and classy. There was only one real problem and that was the noise at night from a nearby bar or festival. On Sat night, it lasted until 3 am, then 1 am on Sunday night. On Monday, it was wonderful - no noise at all. If not for this, I would have given higher rating for this charming hotel.

A great location near the heart of Queretaro. Loved walking in the area. The room was small but adequate and was comfortable with a great shower and lots of hot water. The bed was very firm but for me, this was fine. I slept well except for noise. The breakfast was basic but adequate. It would have been nice to have more coffee. Super nice staff greeting us and helping us at check out.
