No staff on sight, we only saw them for 10 minutes or so during check in. Advertised a washing machine but we couldn’t find one in the property.

Barking dogs from the neighbors (we assume?) until midnight. Bed too hard for our taste.

Beautiful place, very specious room, very clean, nice towels, nice pillows, superbe kitchen and living room. Very welcoming lady at arrival :-) Wifi works really well. Situation is perfect, very quite (besides the dogs) and very nice to walk downtown and in the surrounding streets where you can find anything you need :-) The bed was a bit hard for us and dogs were barking loudly until midnight, that was too bad.

The tiny sink in our bathroom is right under the shelf where you'll put your toiletries. Kind of an odd design but didn't bother me too much. The water pressure was small and the temperature was hard to adjust.

Such a nicely decorated, super clean and spacious place! The wifi works well and there were comfortable places to sit and work.

I had one miner issue with the bathroom. The sink is pretty short in depth which is OK but there is a shelf above that prevents one from positioning the head over the sink. I could not wash my face without splashing water on the floor. I would suggest that the shelf be moved to the side.

The room was exceptional, plenty of room, bed was very comfortable and wi-fi was very good. Good location to historical center.

The water pump makes a lot of noise. And it’s not the owner’s fault but there was too dogs nearby, barking A LOT, for one hour non stop sometimes and early in the morning at like 7… that’s too bad because the rest was very good.

Very clean, good location, some restaurants around and convenience store 5 minutes away. The bed was very comfortable, the pillows too.

The showerhead in the bathroom was leaky. It sprayed water over the top of the glass door, getting me wet before I even stepped into the shower. The shelf above the toilet was bent and partially disconnected. Occasionally the internet dropped but overall was pretty good by Mexican standards. A suggestion: When staff members understand no English, it would be good if they could use a telephone translator program (such as Google Translate) for communicating. We struggle with our Spanish but try to use it when we can. This time, our attempts were inadequate to the task.

The room and the common area were excellent. I would have preferred a window to the outside but the place was immaculate, organized and well equipped. The kitchen was especially good. The staff member we dealt with was friendly and competent. We are trying to learn Spanish but sometimes had trouble communicating. Otherwise, there was not much to complain about. We were even able to do laundry. The female staff member was cooperative and very nice.

The accomodation is looks very nice and new, very clean and modern. Its close to the center and the rooms have air conditioning. The kitchen has everything one could need, including free purified water. The owner is super nice, friendly and helpful. And it is really cheap. We where also allowed to use the laundry mashines. We really felt at home and would come back anytime 😊

This was such a lovely stay! Super homey with great facilities. A huge and well equipped kitchen. Great coffee. A nice rooftop and the best of all, the most welcoming host Luis. We highly recommend this place to stay for any purpose. It's really close to everything and it's also perfect if you need to work a little. They have a working area in each room with great wifi. As well as a really nice common area. BOOK YOUR STAY! It is brand new so they still need a few reviews to make their rating higher, but it is a 10/10. Thank you for everything Luis. We wish we could have stayed longer.

No breakfast. CARMEN was EXCEPTIONAL! she greeted me at door and was extremely helpful checking me in and out and assisting with taxi transportation. She is outstanding and made my Casa Mariano experience a positive one.
