Really nice and lovely place with amazing decor and a super friendly cat! The hosts were kind, helpful, and gave us everything we needed including filling up our water bottles with filtered water which we really appreciated. Breakfast was nice as well. Would stay here agains!

Excellent place very near the bus station and the town center. The rooms are a bit small but very nice. There is a patio where to meet the other guests, as well as shared kitchen and bathroom which are functional. The host, Daniel, is super friendly and provides good tips about stuff to do around town and beyond. The place is perfect for backpackers; I gladly recommend it!

The shared bathroom was sometimes dirty. Some of the guests were rude and took long showers when others needed to use the bathroom. I switched to a room with its own bathroom and was much happier.

The rooms and breakfast area were clean and cozy. The breakfast area was social and I talked to travelers from around the world during breakfast. The cat in the communal area was friendly and cuddly. The free breakfast of fruit, yogurt and granola was delicious. There was also a menu of inexpensive breakfast items such as omelette or chilequilles.

The staff, the location and the atmosphere.. The kitchen was an advantage to get free bottled water and the possibility to prepare some quick meals. We could leave the luggage there for some hours without problems.

We had no water at some point, but it is in the all city and nobody could do nothing.

Cleanliness was an issue. There was quite a bit of hair and stains on the bedroom floor. The communal bathroom is shared between quite a few rooms and gets dirty very quickly. It could do with a spruce up and cleaning through the day.

This place was really quaint and had a very homely feel; something that’s rare these days. The bed was comfortable and the bedding and towels were nice. The family that run the place are lovely and go above and beyond; they made us medicinal shots when we caught salmonella. The avocado on toast was the nicest I’ve ever had and great value!

We had a lovely stay at and felt so relaxed that we ended up staying for an additional night. The rooms are tastefully furnished, the host is very attentive and the rooms are very good value for money. We would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a comfortable base in San Cristobal de las Casas.

Our dinner was accidentally thrown away and someone drank our beers. The staff were really good about it and made us something to eat instead.

Room was cute - liked the decor, shower was nice too. We could leave our bags which was great as we had awkward bus times to work with. Breakfast was nice and they brought us coconut milk as we are vegan! Very good location for ADO. Cat was gorgeous (and massive).

Not too much privacy as all rooms are facing the common patio. Breakfast starts at 08:30 which was a little too late for us, but it's just something to have in mind, it didn't really bother us as the price is great either way.

Super cozy room, very comfortable bed. Price - value is absolutely amazing! Self check in, so it's super convenient. Very close to the ADO bus station as well as to the centre. Would stay here again for sure!

Some hooks to hang clothes/ towels up would be great. Another toilet or a separate shower and toilet would be ideal so you don't have to wait.

The bed here was one of the most comfortable we've stayed in during the last 6 months of travelling! The staff are also super friendly and flexible with dropping luggage off and letting you use the facilities while waiting for the night bus. The location is great and breakfast is a nice touch!

No curtains over door and lights on at night so bring an eye mask! The courtyard area isn’t super welcoming.

Nicely designed, quiet location but very easy walk into town. Cleaning staff very friendly and helped us leave our bags and check in early. Hot water and good toiletries. Great value for money.

The place is nice, it’s got a really chill vibe about it, the room was nice and comfy, they provide soap, shower gel, shampoo and good towels, the ladies that work here are lovely and make great food, not only does it taste nice but the presentation is also great, the WiFi is also really good.

Ali is the heart of house. Super, super wonderful and warmhearted. Go extra mile to feel you super welcomed. The are a little things that are not sometimes even in hotels, like, extra towel for feet after shower, hairdryer, extra blanket if you feel cold. Breakfast is super nice. Location super close to ADO bus station, but also really close to centre.
