Centrally located, with a public park across the street. I had booked a short stay after a redeye flight, so once I was checked in and in my room I slept for nearly seven hours. I didn't hear a lot of noise from the street, and the room was clean, bright, and comfortable.

The HVAC chilled water system is run at warmer temperatures causing the individual rooms to stay at around 25-26 degrees regardless of the thermostat setting. I wonder what the room temperatures are during the warmer summer season.

Great central location close to Almeda Hidalgo park, ATM, Oxxo, farmacia, restaurants and Centro activities; decent and convenient hot breakfast buffet with the option of ordering a la carte.

It's not the cleanest hotel, there were roaches and clothes from previous guests inside the room The breakfast is tasty, but a bit spicy, so be aware. We had an issue with our shower, there was no hot water for the first 2 days

The location was great, close to downtown, but without all the noice and crowds. The room had a nice table and big safe, I was able to fit my laptop, ipad and Nintendo in there!

Property is non-smoking but someone in a room nearby was smoking. After I reported it, it seems not much was done because it continued throughout our stay. Only 2 towels per day (1 per person) and no small face towels. The other bathroom toiletries were limited and below average. Hairdryer did not work. Front desk staff was not very friendly (maybe because my Spanish is not very good) and we had to have our room key reprogrammed every day ("for security").

Hotel location was perfect for us, breakfast was ok but a little over priced. The rooms and facility were very basic, but comfortable. Room was cleaned daily, air conditioner worked great, and hot water was very hot. The bed was comfortable and the price was very good. We were allowed to check in very early (1pm).

The parking was kind of difficult. You need to park outside or if you want to park on the inside, the parking lot has a very small entrance and a very steep descent that may damage your car if you’re not careful since it’s also on a curve

They have límiitled carpark available..Before booking I specifically asked about car park. They didn't mention that the spaces available are only a handful. The car park is very narrow and not suitable for a large car

Charmless place including room, which had no comforts or amenities (eg coffee in room, relaxing seating). The place is all cold stone/tile-floored in corridors and room (no mats etc) so not good for noise. Overall, this hotel is badly in need of a revamp. Maintenance not great - lifts are shaky and electrical socket for table lamp in room almost unusable and coming off the wall, no sweeping under the beds etc The smell of cigarette smoke was coming into the room until we blocked the door, though it's meant to be a no-smoking hotel. Bed was spacious and comfortable but pillows were clumpy. When we returned to our room around mid-morning next day (even though we had agreed a 1pm checkout) someone had opened the room door, and left it wide open, although there was no cleaning being done and no-one in the room. Bathroom was functional but uninviting, in serious need of an upgrade, with absolute minimalist toiletries and only one towel for two guests. This hotel served a purpose for one night, but that's plenty.

Competitive price, central location, comfortable bed (though not so the pillows), 1pm checkout, passably clean, working TV and staff reasonably helpful when asked, including taking account of requests made when booking.

Maybe air conditioning. It was little cold in the room and when we turn on heat function we didn’t feel that temperature was rising.
