- Overpriced, quality is much lower than expected comparing with the high price, almost € 110. - Furniture is very old and not comfort. We even found curtains not well fixed and wasn’t closing, we asked the receptionist to fix it and they send maintenance guys who fixed it. - Bathroom is disgusting and ceiling has lots of black fungus, ventilator is not working and bathtub is blocked and not draining water at all which prevented me from having bath. - We asked receptionist again and again to solve the above issues but finally nothing happened and it seemed that nobody cares at all.

The facility is quite old, there’s some humidity on the walls specially in the toilet. No kettle or water in the room.

The outdoor part with the swimming pool is really nice. The rooms are spacious and light. The staff is super nice and helpful.

Lack of facilities like iron , not suitable for working remotely because there is only one socket very far from the working table so you need a laptop with good battery. The chair is below the desk so you will definitely get hurt from your neck. No coffee in the room. No water to drink ( I had to ordered one at 11pm which never came).

There is no ceiling light, so the room is dark at night. There is only one socket at the bedside, can’t charge my phone while using lamp.

Balcony door didn't close properly/securely. Shower temperature very difficult to control and seemed to keep changing during use. Tired room decor and bathroom. Lack of furniture, no seating or table on the balcony.

Free secure car parking, comfortable beds. Clean. Pool and gardens looked nice.

The breakfast could have a bit more variety, especially during Ramadan as all other café/restaurants are closed in the morning.

The staff were very attentive and always helpful. We needed a late check in due to flight time which was accommodated by the hotel with no problem. The hotel is a walk away from the mall and on the main street, was lovely to enjoy the nightlife just a walk away!

Breakfast was not up to the standard. A hotel of this level should know what a proper breakfast is. Lack of diversity and quantity is something the hotel should work on.

Professional staf, nice environment, clean rooms and toilettes. Guarded parking places. Hotel staff was kind and happy to help / advise on questions that we had.

A mini fridge in the room would be good. Also some sort of welcome pack, if only a guide to Fes and a map plus a list of hotel services, in the room on arrival would be a good addition. As it is, there was none of this.

The swimming pool is great. The breakfast was also excellent.

Was not too happy with the taxi the hotel booked for us to the airport, we were charged 200DH when we only paid 150DH from the airport to the hotel. This needs to be more consistent with actual taxi prices. Or if there’s a next time I’ll organise my own taxi.

Breakfast was great, good selection of hot and cold food, good quality pastries and cakes. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean, we didn’t pay for a pool view but was given a room with a beautiful pool view which was a bonus. Great value for money all round.

Wonderful place! The location of my room, its size, the swimming pool, and the beautiful view of the green park made my experience completely enjoyable. Overall, I have had a positive experience. The pub was enjoyable for me, which is also a good thing!

It was difficult to communicate with some from the staff. It took more than an hour to get food and and a beer, the second beer was impossible to get even with the high price on it, we waited another hour and gave up in the end.
