We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Trinidad and TobagoEven though breakfast was ordered, I had to again place the order when I arrived and had a bit of a wait in the morning. The restaurant was not open during the day so I had to get food elsewhere.
Hospitable staff, clean place, very good value for money. The location is ideal for a short business trip in the south of the island, close to the airport and close to decent restaurents.

United KingdomThe place is on a hill on quite a busy road so it was not quiet during the night. Also no breakfast option but nowhere within walking distance to get breakfast either. Wasn’t close enough to walk to any beaches and there was only one small convenience shop (but that didn’t really have breakfast stuff either).
The room was a decent size, was clean and had air con. The guy at reception was helpful and friendly.

United States of AmericaOur flight was cancelled and we had to find a place to stay and didn’t want to drive 1.5 hours to a resort. This small hotel was recommended. The front desk was very kind and helpful. The restaurant was not sure they were opening that night because the cook was not feeling well. We went off property with 5 other guests to a restaurant. We were all exhausted from a day at the airport with multiple delays and finally a flight cancelation. Upon arriving back to hotel from dinner we find out it’s Karoke night in the hotel courtyard/bar area. It is like an outdoor concert with the volume crazy high. Lots of clapping and loud voices. No ear plug would block out the extremely loud music that went on til 1 am. This apparently is an every Friday occurrence. Would have never booked had we known no one staying there would sleep until after 1am. It was torture.

CanadaBreakfast was expensive for what one got: omelette & toast for $12USD. Plus we were offered instant coffee instead of real coffee. Quite a shock in modern times. We took tea instead. Hotel was far from everything except a little corner store and bar down a street with no sidewalk and fast drivers.
Helpful staff. The staff helped us arrange transportation to our resort near Castries, which we appreciated. Nice restaurant for supper.

Property is 10-15 min from airport, very clean, room I spent the night in was huge and very comfortable. Staff was friendly, resourceful , and very accommodating.

United States of AmericaOne side of the hotel had a few dogs but they can’t control that. I stayed one night on the restaurant side of the restaurant and it was lovely and quiet.
This place is truly a slice of paradise! I wasn’t expecting much from the pictures but the rooms are clean, the water is hot, the staff is professional and they had breakfast!!! This is a winner. I stayed there after my flight was delayed 3 consecutive nights. This place took great care of me assisting with getting a taxi and just being kind.
