For a junior suite, there was no table and chairs to sit and eat or drink.

Room was spacious. Good view. Bed was comfortable.

I booked this hotel after ending semester teaching job. I am a Caribbean human being loving in Soith Korea. I was in deep need of swimming! When we got to the hotel the pool was not open and we couldn't use it! Horror :)!!!! The main reason I booked this hotel was because I want to use there swimming pool. The next day, after checkout, the pool was re-open and they let us use it. That was a nice touch.

Great location and great huge room.

We came in the end of February. There was nothing else special about this property. So DO NOT COME DURING WINTER. The pool would have opened in April. We wish the pool or spa was active and maybe if they had a gym it would be more of a resort. I know it was down season but it would have been nice to see the central fire lit in the lobby to make it more of a luxury feel. There was also no shops or convenience stores available within a 5 minute walking distance. I wish we were upgraded to a nicer room even with so little people at the resort. That would have been a nice touch for not having the pool functional. It’s not a resort without a working pool. It’s just a hotel. Ps. Rooms don’t have a microwave or even a nice tea selection. We were also weirdly given 4 small and 2 big towels for 4 adults.

It was spacious and there was enough parking. We got a 2 king size bed option with a lounge and one of the beds were in a separated room so it was like 2 en suites. Staff were really kind and gave us an umbrella to use when it rained really bad.

Not much.. maybe it would be great to provide a bit more amenities for the bathroom, such as cotton swabs, and make the towel for pools free of charge.

The room was so spacious, clean, and well equipped with all the necessities. There is plenty space for parking and they offer simple but nutrient breakfast options. I really enjoyed the pool and bath every day. Every single staff was so friendly and helpful. Also, I recommend you try a yacht tour run by the hotel. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectation and great value for money. I will definitely come back.

There was a bad smell in the bathroom, there was mold in the shower, we had a family room for 5 people but only got 2 big shower towels (every day). We only succeeded once and got 5. Pool towels cost 5000,- Won each per day!! We were supposed to make a reservation for breakfast the day before, and when we didn't have one we were denied a bowl and spoon (to take to the room).

Breakfast place “hyang jung” is closed on Wed&Thur. Pool is closed. both i did not care much but just pointing out things that are different from description. Kitchen had nothing but 4 cups and electric kettle. Convenience store(CU) is about 300 meters away.

Spacious. good value for money. Beds were super king size(each more than 2m wide. 2.5m long) and very solid and comfortable. Sunrise from the big living room window was magnificent.

The noodle restaurants near the hotel were both closed !! As was the hotel restaurant.

The first check-in staff gave my daughter a free teddy and then another check-out staff gave her another free teddy!! I was not around each time as I was cycling with my sons and my wife was driving with the mums. Also, we booked a suite for 5, but there's a mess-up with Booking.com and the hotel. So it only came through as a booking for 4. So we were given a free upgrade to a bigger suite. Be careful with Booking.com and take a screenshot of your booking and the facilities you expect. The amazing staff though just wanted to help always.
