As usual, the AC did not work. One of the rather annoying aspects of this place. Has been switched off since years. Also, the laundry service may be OK as far a cleaning is concerned. But the way they calculate the prices is utterly ridiculous. They completely ignore what clothes you hand over and what boxes you tick. They simply calculate the most expensive item on their list. E.g. every shirt automatically turns into a "Silk Shirt" (the most expensive), even if it is cotton. Crazy.

I always stay at this hotel. It's clean, very convenient for me & my business, has tons of bars & restaurants in walking distance and staff is nice.

As usual, the A/C did not work. Room was super hot, totally overheated. But I have given up complaining about it. They simply don't listen.

The shower didn't have a place to put things. The toilet made a noise filling up, and I didn't feel a positive welcome at breakfast. After paying, I wasn't shown to a table and for a moment I didn't know where to go. In most other hotels guests are shown to a table and asked if they would like coffee. Everything about the breakfast, was excellent and 5 stars in my opinion,, so why not have 5 star customer services? Just some friendly feedback to improve the quality further.

It's a great location next to the park (nature) with a great view of the sunrise in the morning, and you've got the city on the other side. The room had a good decent sized bathroom and a good friendly room service. The breakfast buffet was also of a high quality.

The towels, they're bit old. (Although clean but visibly kinda worn out). It great there was a laundry room. But it was bit hard when they were always being in use.

We loved the room, the breakfast buffet (espcially our toddler). Close to resturant. Great spacious lobby.

The way they charge for laundry is quite „innovative„. E.g. I hand in cotton shirts (I don’t wear anything else and their labels clearly state them to be cotton), but they charge for silk shirts. Which is >50% more expensive. I don’t have the time or nerve to argue with the hotel over something like that. But they always do it. I‘ve been staying there >15 times and every time the same.

I didn't see any cell phone charging cables. There was USB ports for charging, but my cables were packed away and I couldn't get to them. Cables in a room are fairly standard in Korea. Anyway, it wasn't a big deal.

We checked in late and the people at reception were friendly. The room was quiet. It had a great view of Dongtan in the morning.

It is very convenient to move around with public transportation. So many restaurants with all types of food are in working distance, with widely variety of authentic food. The room setup is comfortable. High floors are with great view. Room card access control both the room entrance and the operation of elevation. There are also grocery stores within 200 ~ 300 feet.

The lift for some reason we’re closing quickly that I have to run inside the elevator in able not to get caught by the door. But overall our stay was great and satisfying.

The facilities are excellent and the room is very tidy. The new male staff who is on training are very helpful. As well the young ladies at the reception.

The invoice..., I have made the reservation in booking.com and for that no invoice to my company or to me, after requesting the invoice for 3 times I decide to stop, I will take the cost of this business travel but I will make everything in my company to not reserve here anymore.
